Quaint boutique hotel nestled in the hills of Xinbeitou, Taipei

breakfast not bad, but room can see the dust on the floor. beside hot spring in the room, there is a big window, feeling zen

this hotel is one of the most value-for-money in the Beitou region. It is also very clean and the beds are sooo comfy

the check-in is strictly after 4pm if not you will need to pay extra. Also, it is quite far from the main part of town but they do provide a pick-up and drop-off which is very nice (just need to wait like 5mins) and call them when you need it

A/C was not working. It is always very cold no matter what temperature I set. Electrical lighting systems are so unorganized. The coffee machine was totally no good. According to web site, it is a hot spring but I do not see any real hot spring is coming out of the faucet. It is only hot water. I have been to many hot springs but this place is very suspicious and not sure whether they are really feeding hot spring water to the hotel or not. Breakfast was total disaster. For example, tomato juice was nothing but it has color. It has tomato taste. Coffee was just water like. This hotel should not be in business!

I liked nothing! It was total rip off. Person who gave us a ride to train station was very dangerous driver. I almost got hart attach. She was driving the car so fart on very narrow road.

Super chilling stay (visited during winter). room is clean and the hot spring tub is big and clean. really enjoyed the hot spring after a few days walking around Taipei.

The doors/grails could use some fixing cause it’s making loud noises when you slide open it. not something major but need to fix. and we visited during winter time the hot mattress control kinda pointing out and if you are not careful you will knock into it.

Everything is good, comfortable with decent room size. Breakfast choose have both eastern and Taiwanese style. Hot spring quality is good

the environment and the stuff was very friendly

maybe the soundproofing can be improve but other than that was very good
