It is a good hotel with all facilities. Rooms are well managed and reasonable. The hotel serves good quality tasty foods. Staffs are well mannered. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Reasonable distance from railway station. ok shower.
horrible, shabby entrance through a narrow, DIRTY, staircase, three storeys up. no reception. just a desk and corridor with a few rooms. Shabby rooms. Rock hard bed. Breakfast was aloo paratha, which was edible, but could not get black tea.

Small and comfortable room with a balcony view of outside.
Water supply cutoff every now and then, we had to complain each time.
Rooms were small and not too much place to keep your bags and all.

First of all, we didn’t find this hotel, we were looking all over the place. With a taxi driver, asking people. Nobody knows about this place. I texted them that I will be at night but they didn’t answered me and then I called them on arrival and nobody answered me. This is how I ended up in the middle of the night at dark streets of Lucknow looking for a hotel at 1.00-1.30 am. Next day I texted them but guess what, again nobody answered me. Just don’t get yourself in the same situation as me.
