Check in experience was good. Staff was very co-operative. Cleanliness was also good.

The only thing we like about hotel was breakfast service as the staff was very good and polite.
Gym service was bad no ac and had to go to reception every day to ask them to put ac on .

Many things... The booking experience was pathetic. I was looking for a room for 2 and when I booked it was for 1 adult (with breakfast), then I asked to add 1 guest then they charged me extra which I agreed to pay but now without notifying me... Breakfast was removed. Also, the rooms are small... The staff is unfriendly... The water bottles were unhygienic. Overall a very bad experience. Neither Booking.com nor The Royal Hometel Suites staff were helpful.

The property in general is good and well maintained. In a good location, close to the highway.
The food in buffet was not good as I found it to be a bit greasy. May be it dd not suit me

the guy at the reception helped with my room which had 2 different beds, he gave me a single king bed ..which I wanted.
had to call twice for everything ... from dental kit to slippers, had to call three times to send cutlery in room.
