Wonderful house and location in Scottsdale. House was as advertised; with the addition of a Pickleball/Basketball sport court that was even better than the previous playground option. Beds were comfortable, Kitchen was well stocked, outdoor pool/hot tub/entertainment area were as awesome as the pictures suggest. Awesome responsiveness by the management company on some minor pool heater and lighting issues. Lighting/sound/tv controls are all smart home devices that required a bit of learning for the less technically savvy in our group. Would definitely return!

This was an excellent property for our family to all meet together for our Thanksgiving celebration. We all, adults and the children, loved the house and especially the backyard amenities!

The house was amazing - huge back yard with out door kitchen, pool, and entertainment. Spacious indoors with pool table, incredible movie theater, and more than enough space for the 19 of us that stayed. Close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go in Scottsdate - no more than a 15 minute uber for anything. Property managers were very responsive and got back almost immediately. Would highly recommend this property and the company who manages it.

The house is beautiful and comfortably fit our large group (18 girls) but we hit a few snags. -We blew out an outlet that led to the wifi going down. We had to email back and forth with management for over 12 hours before someone came out to fix it after we attempted to fix it ourselves multiple times -I had to proactively ask for check-in and check-out directions ( with check-in arriving at 3:57pm for a 4pm check in) -The dishwasher was pretty old and very hard to get working -There were mosquitos all throughout the house even though we were careful about closing all the doors

Lovely property with all the amenities needed in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful pool and outdoor setting. More than enough beds, tvs, bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen area. Surround sound stereo system throughout the entire property was an added touch!

This is a great property, but is getting a little run down. The home itself is in pretty good shape, but the yard, bar area, hot tub, outdoor grill could use a good cleaning and some repairs. The Fountain was broken, pool filter/cleaning system was laying on the ground near the pool in pieces. We rented this property during peak season so paid top dollar - so I expected a little better condition.

House was just as described, and all amenities were in good working order. Had a great time! Would definitely stay again

We also plan to get parts of this review published elsewhere since it offers a potentially great suggestion to prospective renters who are about to rent a large top-tier property. Our Review Begins Below:After telling a friend about how great our Vrbo rental was in Scottsdale, AZ during Christmas, he asked me if I would ever go back there again. I quickly said, " I would IF the people who had rented before us had NOT stayed the night before." Said differently, some owners of large Vrbo rental homes might need more than 6 hours to get the place ready for the next family. In our case, the move-out was 10:00 AM and our move-in was at 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:15 PM and there were 2 cars in the driveway. We entered and found 2 nice men trying to get the TVs on..As it turns out, the large TV in the Theater room- one of the major reasons we chose the property- was NOT working. A specialist came in at noon the next day and fixed the TV. So we had 3 great nights in this 5-star room but we paid for 4 nights(not 3). The fireplace in the master bedroom was also a reason why we chose this top-tier property. While they tried to fix the problem, they never did. In this instance, we paid for 4 nights and got 0 nights with a working master bedroom fireplace. (the gentleman who was there when we arrived knew about the non-working fireplace as well as the propane man the next day) Any other surprises? The treadmill did not work. Normally, that would not bother me but I needed to get ready for my January 10th stress echo test. My son discovered this on day 2. In other words, it might make sense for owners of large Vrbo rental homes to have more than 6 hours to get the place ready for the next family. Then why would we ever go back to this property? There are many reasons to cite, for example, the pool and outside entertainment area is right out of Hollywood, the Theater room was out of this world, the kitchen was gigantic- even for 11 people. The people we called at the full-service rental company during our first 2 days were so nice over the phone. So if you want a "once in a lifetime happy experience", this property is for you BUT you might want to make sure the owners have enough time to mak

10 of us, aged 1 to 79 enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, exercise bike and home theater. The kitchen table was big enough for family dinners and games. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walks or runs.

We had a nearly perfect stay at this property. We rented the home for an 8-person/3-day golf trip. The home and location was perfect. Bedrooms for everyone. Lots of room for spreading out and relaxing around the property. The home is well located for access to courses in North/South Scottsdale and an easy drive to Old Town. The home itself was well appointed. A great open kitchen that was also perfect for group cooking. We had a great time and would highly recommend the home.

This was an amazing home to rent with a large group of friends. There were a few minor things that were minor inconveniences in the home but nothing close to a deal breaker. Management and maintenance were very quick to respond and wanted to make sure we were good. Gorgeous property, plenty of space and close to everything! Would definitely come back and stay again!

We have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years. We understand that that not everything is going to be perfect. However this was a house in poor condition, that has been totally ignored from a maintance standpoint, badly in need of a thorough cleaning and run down. The kitchen was totally under equipped with silverware, plates, etc. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a vacation rental.

A group of us went out for my buddies bach party and it was the perfect place for a weekend. Great pool, amazing outside area filled with TV's, hot tub, lounge chairs, and a massive grill, perfect combination for a good amount of gold junkies on Masters weekend. The place was everything we hoped for and more, thank you

Positives -- Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, easy access to hiking / walking / biking, groceries, restaurants, etc. Beautiful large backyard, nice pool / BBQ area, nice space in the house, lots of bedrooms, good gathering space indoors / outdoors, good kitchen, great "movie" room (though the Apple TV in that room may be old, not able to stream much as it didn't support up-to- date formats), fun pool table room.Negatives -- AFTER booking, you are told that to heat the pool, it's a meaningful up-charge per day which is (1) absurdly high and (2) should be disclosed before you rent the property given the extra cost for the week. House not that clean, we ended up doing a bit of cleaning ourselves when we arrived. Kitchen is randomly stocked in terms of dinnerware, cooking pots / pans, etc. Hot tub was VERY dirty, pool guy showed up mid week of our rental, still pretty dirty even after he drained and tried to scrub, avoided using it. TV's are good but the remote situation is bizarre (the "gym" tv remote doesn't turn on that TV, but does turn on TV in the living room, etc). Overall we had a pleasant stay (myself, wife, daughter and her boyfriend). Liked the property, would be open to renting again BUT would try to address the issues we had this trip BEFORE committing.

If you’re coming to AZ, this is the best property! From the pool, to the fire place, all the amenities are perfect! Bedrooms are spacious and there are many for large parties! The company was awesome and always ready to help us answer any questions! HIGHLY recommend, we will be back!

Location was great, felt like our private resort. Spacious rooms including kitchen and main gathering areas., clean and well maintained. Management quick to respond to questions . Would definitely rent again, next time in Scottsdale

Loved our stay!! 5/5 This house was perfect for us! Large sized bedrooms, nice bathrooms, beautiful large backyard with pool and activities as well as lots of seating options. Nice kitchen with generous amount of plates and glassware. Very well stocked!The manager was awesome to deal with before, during and after our stay. Check in was very easy. Always available for our entire stay assuring us if we needed anything to just call. We loved the place!! Highly recommend this property!
