The fact they let me know all the codes how to get in by the message and it was straight forward.

The navigation let me pass this place and led me on the right hand side but it was on the left and as it was dark I could not find it easy. Smell in the room was unbearable even if I left the windows open the outdoor was unacceptable, horrible plastic curtains on the windows would not let any air in, if open everyone could see inside. Shower wasn't very hot too. Very very very basic.

Owner was friendly and good person, ready to help. Location is near to city center and shops. Internet wifi was good .

I did not know how to get the keys if I could not contact to the owner directly by phone and arrive there day time. there was no body seen there. I should get the message to know how to get into, key box password etc. Furniture was old and primitive. Generally not clean.

Excellent communication and I was able to leave my luggage safely whilst I visited the falls after check-out.

The first room was terrible so the host did move me to a room with heating and hot water as the first didn't have it.

Pretty much everything. The area is dodgy, No door handle, cobweb's, the bed was very uncomfortable. In the first room the bathroom didn't have hot water or even a second tap! The room didn't have heating and it was damp and smelly. The second room, the bathroom didn't have a towel rack, or a toilet paper holder. The host is clearly not prepared for guests or just doesn't care, the rooms are very run down. The shower was hot but it got scalding and with no cold tap to counteract it was unbareable. The wifi didn't work in second room and to top it all off I had two cockroaches.

wrong address my taxi driver wasted half hour! No comforter at 15 degree ! Very and simple. No handle on door. The owner is not ready for business.

the person who took care of the check-in was nice and helpful. we did not check out on time but they were quite flexible about it.

there was cockroaches in the room (we saw 3 in 3days). and the room had a strong smell. however it did not prevent us to sleep.

The stuff were very helpful. They were ready to help in any moment we needed. Air conditioning was really useful.

In this area there is no hot water. Water is with the temperature of sun during the day. Sometimes it is very hot and sometimes breezy. But this is typical for whole area, not only for this apartment.
