Close to the airport. Came with a refrigerator that had 2 small bottles of water at no charge

You had to pay for parking and breakfast if you wanted it. Not enough creamer or coffee in the room.

The water in bathroom sink takes forever to get hot. Some of towels/ washcloths are/were dingy and had an odor. Towels need to be replaced. And not passed out to guest. Use as cleaning rags etc……..

Loved everything

Front desk staff wasn't welcoming at all. Felt as if I was getting on the man's nerves. He was very short when I asked him questions and seemed as if he just wanted me to go away. This was also the attitude of the young lady that I had to ask for a place to get an early morning coffee. I have to say the staff that came in at 7 and for the rest of my stay was amazing and very welcoming. Made up for the poor treatment I started off with.

Hotel was newer, very clean and very well maintained. Great location to the airport and College Park only 5 minutes away. Price for room was fair.

Not very pet friendly. I paid more for my dog to stay there ($150) than the overnight room rate was ($134++). Could not find anywhere in advance about what the pet fee was or entailed. Spoke to the hotel about this and it seemed pretty nonnegotiable.

It was clean enough.

There was a staff member who was rude. I asked for towels and it took an hour to get them. Once I complained I got the towels right away.

The receptionist when I arrive didn’t give all the information I need ., like parking pass , when I ask she told me I didn’t told her I have a car but she remember me telling her I was in a road trip with my family And I booked my room by booking.com 4 adults with breakfast and she told me I only get 2 breakfast and I had to ask for manager after she told me to figure out with booking.com and all that occurred around 11;00pm and I was exauste

The ladies at the reception were friendly. The The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was cheery with lovely drinks upon arrival.

Dining facilities Also, we booked the hotel for 29th Dec cause we were arriving in the morning of 30th Dec, but since we didn't check in until 29th Dec 12:00, it cancelled our reservation, which doesn't make sense since I specified when I would be checking in and its an airport hotel so they should be used to odd hours checkin

Quiet Large rooms

Their electrical car was empty for power so the shuttle didn’t work so we walked with luggage to and from sky train

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut isoliert. Trotz der Lage gleich beim Flughafen ist der Fluglärm kaum zu hören. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstück, ohne die sonst in der USA üblichen Plastikverpackungen. Mit dem Skytrain nur eine Station zum Car Rental Centre

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Domestic Terminals gelegen. Wir kamen jedoch am International Terminal an und mussten einmal um den Flughafen herum fahren, Taxikosten von 60 USD

Great hotel near the airport. The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was well stocked. Check out at the front desk if it's included on your reservation. Mine was supposed to be included ($0.10 per day per person according to Booking) but the hotel didn't honor it.

I refuse to pay it and now I have to talk to the manager to sort it out. The shampoo and body wash was clearly selected by a man or thinking on a male customer, because they smell like aftershave. I went out smelling like my husband.

The fragrance in the lobby area gave me a headache every time we walked through. I tend to be sensitive to a few smells. We came downstairs to eat, and I was down there long enough that it turned in a migraine. The $17 burger was absolutely disgusting. It tasted freezer burnt and microwaved. The sweet bartender comped my meal and brought something else.

The property was very nice, staff was amazing, slept well.

This property is WAY over priced. The room alone but then you have to pay $30 for parking (didn’t know that when booking). AND the breakfast was $13 PER child and $18 PER adult. My husband and I didn’t even get breakfast because nothing looked appetizing and the boys’ fruit loops were very very stale and they wouldn’t even eat it with milk. With what we paid for the room, breakfast should come complimentary, like normal hotels do.

New, clean. Great lounge and bar with good drinks. The food is edible but quite honestly I would pass if offered again.

$30/ day to park your car. This is AC Hotel and not a full Marriott
