Great location and lovely surroundings. Couple of issues but Ben and Charlie were very helpful .

In general really lovely Feel it would benefit from an upgrade with some cooking utensils etc But we had a great time.

Spent a marvellous week at Finca Gran Daniel I for a 30th Wedding anniversary celebration from 14th - 21st July with our children and partners. An all adult group of 8 and the villa exceeded our expectations, both internally and externally, and we were expecting a lot. Pictures don't really do it justice as it was much, much better. Very convenient to Pollenca old town, which was very classy and olde world and very close to other beautiful locations such as Port Pollenca, Port Alcudia and Alcudia. Renting a car would be a good idea, but still very close to everything you need. Supermarkets very close by so many choices whether you want to eat in or out. No negatives. Just a 10 out of 10 recommendation if you like a beautiful peaceful base, that's close to everything you need.

On a large scale nothing on a small scale are parts of the kitchen equipment are a bit used (knives dull etc)

The finca was the perfect location for a cycling week. Very spacious inside and a huge area surrounding the house with sheep and chickens and three outside sitting areas to enjoy the weather. The pool was lovely to cool off in after a day in the saddle and the beds were some of the most comfortable we have had when renting.

Some parts of the finca could be updated, e.g. two bedroom doors didn't close properly. But it sounded like there were already concrete plans to update the builiding in the future. Also the large amounts of pebbles on the driveway are not ideal for road bikes, so we had to be a bit careful when leaving / coming back.

The property was very nice, good location around 20 mins walk from pollenca. Staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to collecting the keys etc.

Fantastic location, and lovely grounds to the villa, perfect for what we were after.

If I was being picky, there were few bits to the villa that could have done with a little maintenance, but nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of the holiday. (pool fencing paint was flaking, few of the tiles needed replacing in the pool, window shutters needed adjusting.

Supper comfy beds and very clean.
