Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by its elegant and welcoming ambiance. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff was exceptionally courteous, ensuring a smooth start to my stay.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service I experienced. The staff was attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or fulfilling room service orders, their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable.

Night time sometimes big music is playing around, it was disturbing.

Clean and spacious rooms at accessible location. Good Breakfast for the price.
The reception guy who sits in the evening could be polite and customer centric. He was rude and looking at us in a judgemental manner as if we were there for a crime. If you have problems with the unmarried couple then don't allow.
Second, there were no windows in the room so it was suffocating!!!

There was no greeting by the staff. He was rude the one working at night duty was there when we reached early morning. Booking online doesn't help much. they directly deny and say that online booking rooms are full. we have limited online services. and booking here goes to fab hotels and u can not directly contact with the hotel when you book here. fab hotels couldn't help either. even though we had informed them earlier about our early arrival.

The tea served with breakfast was very good.
The staff was very respectful.
The room was disgusting. Dust everywhere. Mosquitoes and flies everywhere. The pillows and bed covers looked like they hadn't been cleaned ever.
No one came in to clean during our stay. The hotel is very close to a resto-bar , so there's loud music until early in the morning.

Issue is with booking.com, they don't consider gst, so the price shown on the app is not the final amount, will have to play 12% more on the price, better call the hotel and book the room, the actual rate is less then the price on the app

The property was closed from 03rd of November to 5th. And at your site that was allocated to me.

The hotel denied my booking saying they are no longer associated with booking.com. I had to sit in the lobby and get my reservation changed to a lower grade hotel by Fabhotels. The manager didn't even have the courtesy of himself calling up Fabhotels and telling the scenario. The other hotel I was shifted to was average at best. I had a lot of luggage so I ended up moving to the other hotel as it was just 300 metres away. Extremely unpleasant experience courtesy booking.com!

Just that the room is quite big as compared to other hotels in Mumbai. Very co-operative staff. Breakfast was also very good.
The bed sheets were old enough, all fibers were sticking to the cloth. There was no dust bin in the room. Only one in the bathroom. The International airport is 4 kms from the hotel, not 1.6 km as mentioned in the site.

We booked a room at fab hotel. Hotel emailed whilst we were on the way there saying that it was "under maintenance" and we had to be moved. We moved to a really small dirty room where there was no hot water. Really unprofessional staff that were noisy all night and charged us double even though we had already paid. So disappointed.

The food was really good. The room was cleaned
Room was suffocating as no windows were there. Felt like a jail. After coming back to hotel from outing, we were coughing. Also, no hot water was available

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful too. Everything was on point. RECOMMENDED FOR SURE.
Just that we got minor electric current while switching the lights on the washroom.
