the best was the comfiest I’ve slept in since arriving in Manila

I read that they had a restaurant and upon check in the lady said they didn’t really have food to order which was confusing. I was advised to use the panda app that only really has junk food

the room was too little, not shampoo and body wash dispensers neither bidets

clean and modern. staff were very sweet and attentive. the free shuttle service the hotel offers is also great

We really appreciated effectively organized airport pick-up and drop-off by comfortable van 5 min from the airport. The driver and hotel staff were very welcoming and smiling. Good local breakfast. Drinking water filling station in the corridor.

The bathroom was not well done, the water after shower went almost all around the bathroom floor.

they played the same 1 hour of repeated music in the lobby all day, it was clearly audible from our room. it was mildly amusing/frustrating: ) … road it very busy

the location is great and the staff are friendly

there is no sound insulation, you can heart every sound from outside your room. also in the morning, someone knocks for room service and if you’re sleeping and not able to answer, they will open the door. they should provide a sign to for room service and do not disturb

The Breakfast was good, may want to have a few more options for guests.

Really nice staff. Very nice with airport transfer. Wifi works great. Comy bed. Fairly close to a mall and restaurants. Perfect for layover or to stay close to airport.

Quite small rooms, but has everything you need.

The location. It's worth the price. Very clean. Super yummy foods in their restaurant. They have a van that will get and bring you to the airport upon request.

Noisy restaurant in the lobby.. sound echos through hallways to the bedrooms.

One of our group lost her wallet and when staff found it we were notified and it held for us until we turned to cebu 9 days later, nothing was missing from wallet.

Airport transfer provided much convenience.

Location of the accommodation is a little far away from any amenities on foot.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. - the concierge, guard and reception was very attentive - also they helped out with getting my ride to the airport - the room was amazing, very clean and added bonus is that they do room service / in-room dining. - toiletries comes in a pack - location was amazing - close to the airport, on the main road, lots of taxis that pass by, close to Gaisano Mactan Island mall & also near restaurants / bars. Definitely would come back and highly recommended.

Really close to the airport, perfect if you’re in Cebu for a layover. Most importantly, it seems like a safe location, unlike many other stays or areas in Cebu.

Room is pretty small, but good enough for a night or two
