Wonderful stay beautiful room helpful and friendly staff.

前台服務人員不夠專業.我已提供護照，他還一直要我的越南簽證，一口咬定持中國護照的旅客需要提供越簽.以我這幾年平均每個月都會去越南出差一次，這是第一次被住宿要求提供簽證，而且我持的是台灣護照，不是中國護照.

Room is spacious, much bigger than I thought. Everything was good. Worth every penny.
Receptionist was not very attentive.

no natural light, the apartment was in an alley and even in the day was pretty dark. also there's a river that really stinks even my clothes started to stink. this is not the hotel's fault but its good to know

Good value for money. Cleaning done often. Lots of space in the apartment. Quiet. People on reception always friendly and helpful.
The location is near the road, so quite a lot of exhaust may get in. Also had some smells in the kitchen ventilation when people were cooking next door (probably). Nothing too bad though.

dont waste your money. bad location, bad service, bad quality price and if you leave after 12pm. even one minute, they ll charge you without advice

The apartment is spacious, clean (cleaned 3 times a week), the staff very friendly and helpful (Big Up to Ms. Linh for her efficiency and to the guard in the parking for his kindness), and with a nice balcony.
The location is great, Tay Ho as well as the old quarter are quickly and easily accessible.
Internet is good and fast.
I really enjoyed this stay and I recommend it!
Sometimes there is a noise due either to the evacuation of the AC located on the balconies, or to the construction work nearby (no responsibility of the management though).

the tv is full of Chinese… it will take you forever to change the tv channels
staffs were not professional. they do not trust us, even we come from booking.com. many documents

- Extra large fully-furnished Japanese styled apartment for 700k/night.
- Sparkling clean.
- Amazing place to catch the sunrise. They have large windows in bedroom with river view.
- Love the way they separate the toilet with bathroom. The toilet is modded with automatic bidet.
- The location - It’s by the garbage river. The smell outdoor were just terrible.
- Stupid Chinese Android TV box. Couldnt download Netflix, Youtube or even VTV Go.

Friendly staff. Apartment as in the pictures, spacious and clean. Easily accessible, convenient location - there is a WinMart grocery store right next door, and is close to shopping malls Lotte Center and Vincom Center. Newly opened gym at the premises was a pleasant surprise.
I was missing a kettle, but also didn't ask about it, so they may have had something available on request.

The staffs were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well desiged and comfortable. My friends and I were really happy and satisfied with the service we got and the location is convenient. Thanks a lot for the wonderful experience.
