Easy walk to the beach, room was nice, clean and had everything we needed, the beach was not crowded during spring break!

Kids didn't like they weren't allowed in the pool during the cooler weather of spring break. Which where the kids couldn't go us adults couldn't go either.

Everything...loved howvacasa had everything ready for me when I arrived to how easy it was to check in and out

One stained chipped frying pan. Stained cracked coffee cups .Could not cool meal with what was there .Worse than yard sale quality

Easy beach access. Walking distance to restaurants m, grocery and liquor store. As advertised. Worked out good for our group trip.

Limited silverware and drinking ups available for a condo that technically sleeps 11. We had 7 in our group. 1 blower dryer for 2 bathrooms; that doesn’t not work.

The staff working here were very friendly. The beach was great. The pool was nice.

The pictures on booking.com were not pictures of the condo we were in. The condo we were in(306) was dark, dirty, shabby, and in disrepair. Two broken towel bars, balcony door that didn’t lock, Screen doors that were torn and rusted open. The sofas were dirty, the chairs torn and half the electrical outlets didn’t work. The lobby and hallways were dirty and dark.

Condo was great in a quiet location.

Walking in bare floor feet were black on bottom. Needs a good moping. Parking spaces were too tight got note on my SUV to park between lines kinda hard when we all drive SUVs or trucks. One more didn't luke washer and dryer right when you walk in the door kinda weird.

Beautiful, large condo with amazing views .

Some condos provide access to a beach locker or closet downstairs with beach items that can be used, this would have been a good addition .

Good instructions and easy access to the unit. Our unit was very nice, front row gulf view.

There were a few minor maintenance issues that should/need to be fixed. Floors need a deep clean, i.e., steam.
