I had the pleasure of returning to Nugget In for a second time and it was just as wonderful as the first. Mr. OhTani and Ms. Toshiko welcomed us back with open arms and made us feel right at home. The level of care and attention to detail they provide is truly exceptional. I couldn't imagine a better homestay experience. I look forward to the day when I can return again.

Exceptional hosts, incredibly clean and comfortable. Onsen bathroom amazing after day in mountains

The bathrooms and house was so clean and breakfast was so good that the rest of the trip in other hotels was disappointing in comparison.

The peace and quiet

Shuttles to and from the snow are infrequent.

Owner is very helpful and kind, place is beautiful for a family stay. It was snow all around. Place is clean and tidy. If you don't have car, you can go for a cab easily (pre booking will be better). Also on 600m free shuttle bus stop is there. I will highly recommend this place.

Facilities and hospitality

The most beautiful and coziest homestay we have ever stayed. I love everything about Nugget In, delicious breakfast and dinner, cozy room.. Especially the host, Mr. and Mrs. Otami are extremely kind. Mrs. Otami cooked us delicious and beautiful dishes. Mr. Otami drove us wherever we want to go. I and my son feel really grateful to them. We hope that we can comeback there someday.

Great location in Echoland. Rooms basic but on par with the price. Owned by a lovely family, they were all smiles and so nice :) And I got a bottle of wine as a present! Will happily come again

The toilet and bathroom was downstairs, so a bit inconvenient. But that's about it :)
