Location is good. Room is fairly well sound proofed. Bonus was the one-way Rs. 200 fare TukTuk to the Fort.

Arrived by TukTuk for two night stay in the Suite with Sea View. Directional signage very difficult to see. Staff were most disinterested and did not improve during stay. Room did not have facilities as described (not 70m², maybe with huge balcony; balcony covered in hot, plastic fake grass; safe that is unattached; reusable bottled water; basin tap unattached; tumble dryer missing, clothes drying rack missing). Lift failed on first night, not repaired during rest of stay. Power outage on first night meant we spent all night without any air - very hot. Breakfast is very average served by two staff with no English, no discussion or offerings - take this. Adjoining mosque provides the regular entertainment.

Outstanding in every way! I was not expecting to stay somewhere this amazing! Seems like it's ran by a couple of younger fellas who are exceptional! Breakfast was wonderful, cannot fault it. Staff could not be more helpful. I somehow got to stay in a stunning, massive room with huge balcony. There's a pool, it's central. Can't say enough good things about it!

Rooms and cleanliness

I forgot my two cider cans at the fridge in their kitchen when checked out. On my return to secure them I was given just one cider can as at that time they had consumed one already which was unacceptable without informing me about my belongings that I left behind.

Bathroom squeaky door. Manager forgot to bill me on the way out and forced me to make a transfer to his personal account. I have to make two trips to a bank.

Has a lovely rooftop with view across sea, the fort and galle town its a shame this is not utilized. Some nice seating areas, mood lights and a bar would make this an excellent chill out zone Not enough space for sunbed by poolside (sunbed at rooftop instead)

Modern, spacious rooms with really comfortable beds. Hot shower. The manager was easily contactable on WhatsApp.

The pictures of the pool are misleading, it’s just a tiny triangle with no space to sit around it. it’s almost too small to use. Clean towels weren’t provided daily and weren’t available upon request.

I was booked the best room in the hotel But, the Room wasn't cleaned well Bed linen wasn't fresh ones The room was filled with cockroaches Breakfast was just served with some fruits and bread, not valued for the money. The TV is not working, even the intercom phone also not working. Bathroom drains were not cleaned, we had cleaned the floor drain to drive the water out. Moreover, this is not a beach front hotel.

The breakfast and the room , the staff , everything was amazing and it was spacious . Loved it
