It’s literally a good value apartment near Nijo Castle. I know where to stop by whenever I visit Kyoto from now on. 10/10

The big bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and well lit, and the staff responds quickly. The only downside is that the Wi Fi signal is sometimes not very smooth, but with the help of the landlord, it has returned to normal!!

Great accommodation, the room was neat and clean, the staff responded quickly, there were many supplements, and there was a self-service laundry ball vending machine downstairs which was very convenient.

The room is a bit small, but the bed can be moved at will, so the space becomes larger.

The room was very clean and had most of the things needed for our stay. The instructions provided for access were clear and easy to follow.

The smokers section is directly in front of the lobby, our room was on the ground floor which meant the hallway most times smelt like cigarettes. With our only window facing the front of the hotel the smoke would waft in to the room, with the window shut there would be no ventilation. This was extremely frustrating, the smokers section should be moved to the gravel carpark side of the building away from the windows. The internet was also very very poor. During the day it would be barely passable (9-20 mbps with large fluctuations) and at any peak time it would be completely unusable (sub 1 mbps). I understand that during peak times that speeds can change however that is not even worth being connected to the wifi

Fenster direkt an der Straße, sodass man es Nachts nicht offen lassen konnte. Bisschen eng für 4 Personen aber man kommt zurecht.

A fantastic apartment with free parking in front and next to the building. It is very modern and clean and everything is there, a washing machine, fridge etc. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is big enough for Japanese standards. The location is good with plenty of options for public transport close by. Busses around the corner and a subway station about 15 minutes walking. Also plenty of good breakfast options within 10 minutes walking distance. All questions I asked via email were very promptly answered, great response time and good service even though it is a self service apartment.

The room has a decent size but don’t expect to be able to open up big suitcases. But pack packs are fine.

The building is very nice and only 2 minutes from a major train station. It made it very easy to get around Tokyo.

The bed was very firm and the pillows were so small that I had to stack towels under them. The room is also small but I expected that and there was plenty of room for our stuff and it does have a small kitchen set up.

Very fast answer from the personnel when having trouble to connect to the wifi even though it was very late !

The room is clean, and the check-in instruction is clear and easy to follow. The location is a few minutes walking distance from JR station (二条駅) and the subway station. Also, on the way to the station, there is a market that opens until late night, which is a plus for those who wants to save money and buy something on their way back to the apartment.
