หมอนหนุนค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องพักยังไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าที่ควร ยังไม่มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ได้มาตรฐาน รู้สึกแย่มากที่ถูกรบกวนการพักผ่อนจากแขกของลูกค้าห้องอื่น พนักงานควรมีความเข้มงวดกับแขกที่มาจากภายนอกให้มากกว่านี้

The location was good because it was nearby convenience stores and a decent sized mall across the road from Udom Suk BTS. The room was clean and comfortable too.

There wasn't anything that I didn't particularly like at the hotel. It met my expectations and gave me three solid nights of slumber which is good.

Nice, small hotel. Value for money. The location is also good, nearby a BTS station (Udom Sok). Overall a good stay.

Check in time is so late, sometimes inconvenient. Could not retrieve my booking.com reservation, but staff was helpful to provide us a similar room.

Location is not easy from BTS as the road is quite difficult to transit with a suitcase, is not really a hotel, let's say private rooms with lift

We stayed here for almost a month. 1) It was affordable. 2) Air-conditioning worked well. 3) Wifi was strong. 4) Some TVs have Netflix. 5) Staff were friendly and accommodating. The receptionist can understand English to a certain degree - just make sure you have Google translate/Yandex/translating app on hand.

1) The first room we had was close to the lift, and it was loud and distracting at night. This was remedied by requesting to move to a room far from the lift. 2) The bed was uncomfortable - too hard, the duvet/doona smelled musty, the sheets produced a lot of static electricity. 3) Location-wise: It's <1km from Udom Suk BTS, and there are 2x 7-eleven stores <500m away, but there's no safe path for walking. If you have a car or motorcycle, or you don't need to do a lot of travelling by BTS, then it's not an issue. 4) Reception is not manned all the time. Check-in is from 2 pm to midnight. If you arrive there early or after midnight, there might not be anyone there. The same is true with checking out. They have a number there to call for assistance. I recommend that you inform the hotel in advance about early or late check-ins/check-outs for less hassle. Be prepared also to have cash on-hand for a security deposit (500THB).

They've asked to deposit 500 baht. They next morning no one was there in the reception because I needed to checkout and get my deposit back then head to the airport, they've left two phone numbers in the reception in case we need them at that time but nobody answers. So I've left the property and I'll get back to them because I have another booking after 9 days. After 9 days I went back to the property and told them about the deposit, they asked if it was by card or cash, I told them as far as I remember it was cash, they said they will make a bank transfer so I have to give them my IBAN and left them my mobile number. ALSO told me if I need a taxi the next morning to go to the airport they'll help me with that. So I was happy first because sounded like they do care, the next morning I dialed their number and they answered me and checked my room everything was great, I asked her what about the taxi because they said the previous night I'll pay at the reception, but what happened she just nodded her head like it's all good, then I waited and nobody came, the receptionist left I tried to call no answer, then I ordered a taxi from my mobile app and reached to the airport late to check in, and I had to pay 5000 baht to change my flight just because I trusted this hotel, and I didn't get my deposit back. The guy who works there claims he's the owner gave me his number and disappeared the next day until today I can't reach out to him, I mean he doesn't answer. I don't recommend anybody to stay there even for a night, I'd pay more but get a better service, not to mention that the bathroom has problems needs to be fixed plus hygiene issues.

A hotel to sleep but nothing more, don’t expect much, but for the price they charge, you can’t really expect much. Their washing machine is not working properly, I paid for washing and drying, but all my clothes after one day with them, came out completely wet, when I had to travel on the same day and had to pay extra luggage because of the weight of the wet clothes. The location is far from everything, just one metro station on 10 min walk in a very bad road, with also bad smell. The services at the hotel have literally nothing but the room and a shower which was just ok ! If you want something cheap, sometimes worth to spend a few more and stay somewhere better located and near shops / restaurants, etc …
