The location in amongst the trees, so relaxing. Amazing staff and they have thought of every little detail even down to the sleep aromatherapy rollers. Such an amazing place.

The resort is nice with very good vibes.
The staff is super friendly and Arya the manager was sweet enough to upgrade our room for a better stay.
The pool is breathtaking, the rooms are super clean and the hotel is very close to main Ubud. 10 min away by car to main area.
The atmosphere is very relaxing.
We had the chance to visit the spa for a relaxing massage and the ladies are so professional.
We loved everything about Westin and we would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were top notch, the infinity pool overlooking the lush forest is breathtaking. We've enjoyed the breakfasts, both Tabia and Tall Tree have excellent dinner items. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. The Executive Suite was very spacious, well appointed. Extensive breakfast buffet, with a variety of choices. Nice infinity pool overlooking the jungle.

The place is nice, though no entertainment or extra activities. The gym is so small, there is no sauna available for all guest only when you purchase spa package. The buffet breakfast was good, although dinner option was really unsatisfactory. lack of variety and no good options.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Westin Ubud. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, I particularly loved the the hotel activities such as a guided morning run, yoga and breathing techniques classes. My son loved the kids club, and how all staff made him feel very special! Buffet was lovely with a great range of options available. Overall, our stay was the perfect way to start our 3-week holiday!

A beautiful resort, fantastic swimming pool, and very friendly staff, the breakfast buffet was also great. Also a nice place to practice yoga amongst nature.
The shower head wasn’t working properly, for an established place like this , I expected everything to work as expected

The property amazing we enjoyed the stay, we got a big support and assistance from Safitiri she keeps following up with our activity and support on were to have lunch and were to go by advising on good places to visit, I have reading others reviews and rating but what I see is they improved on breakfast quality and choices
Not much, the only thing is we order In dining room French fries came full of oil but they replaced it.
