Se ti piace camminare, il nostro quartiere è un quartiere molto tranquillo, sicuro e privato con marciapiedi e puoi anche camminare per CVS, e Panera Bread è a soli 3 minuti a piedi! La nostra casa accoglie coppie e famiglie recentemente ristrutturate, pulito, elegante, spazioso, 4 camere da letto 2. 5 bagni, pavimenti in legno nuovissimi da parete a parete (casa senza moquette) la casa è tutta su un piano senza scale ha anche tutti i mobili nuovi di zecca, tra cui materassi, asciugamani, e biancheria da letto. C'è una smart TV in ogni camera da letto più una esterna e una smart TV da 75 pollici nel soggiorno. Abbiamo anche fornito alla casa alcuni giochi di carte e giochi da tavola per la famiglia. L'area della piscina esterna è in completa serenità, ci sono zero vicini nel retro diretto della casa, solo bellissime palme e molte farfalle dai fiori di ibisco. L'esterno è completamente protetto dal Lanai. Rimani senza bug facendo un tuffo nella bellissima piscina mentre guardi il tuo spettacolo preferito all'esterno e poi accendi il barbecue. La cucina è molto luminosa e pulita con tutti gli utensili da cucina di base di cui potresti aver bisogno. C'è una lavastoviglie, piano cottura a induzione e forni nuovissimi. Abbiamo anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice che è possibile utilizzare. Il parcheggio gratuito per un massimo di 3 auto deve essere parcheggiato nel vialetto. It’s hard to summarize but the home was absolutely beautiful and is everything they advertise! The pool was amazing! The area is very nice and the location is close to everything! The homeowners were very quick to respond and were EXTREMELY helpful to us, as we had car trouble the day after we arrived and guided us to a great mechanic Gene Fallon ( shout out)! He had the vehicle repaired within two days! If you are looking for a place in Boca Raton.. this is definitely the place to stay!

House is fantastic, clean, large, and spacious with a very nice outdoor area. We spent most of our time in the backyard, when we weren’t at the beach. Very private, however the cameras definitely take away from that feeling a bit. But, I understand why they’re there. We’d definitely consider coming back.

My husband and I along with our 3 girls (ages 8, 8 & 10) rented this house for a Florida trip from South Carolina. The pictures on the listing are what brought us, but the experience is what will bring us back! We visit south Florida multiple times a year and this property has been our best experience! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to stay again! The home is very well kept and clean with everything you could possibly need. Our favorite spot was the back pool area complete with plenty of seating, outside television, pool toys, grill & lanai! Every detail was thought about indoors from games for the kids to play, televisions in each room, comfortable bedding, pre-stocked kitchen essentials and more! It's a gorgeous home with upscale amenities! As a previous rental property owner myself, I appreciate the attention to detail and upkeep that has been poured into this beautiful coastal home! 5 stars to the owners & cleaning service! We WILL be back!

Great location and clean. Garage and master bed room closets are not accessible and locked. Many security cameras plus ring at front door. Need to bring toiletries as we had to purchase paper towels and toilet tissue. Other than that great stay and very spacious

This home is incredible! It is spacious, clean, decorated just enough, and meeting just about every need. Tina was very friendly and always available. The pictures are accurate, but do no justice to the actual place. We were seven adults and the only regret is having to leave.

Absolutely Love This House !
Fantastic home to stay with family or friends. Cleanest place I've ever stayed. The outdoor living space is fabulous, plenty of seating for everyone and with it being undercover and all screened in, it's usable anytime of the day or night, in good weather and on a rainy day. The heated pool was such a luxury, we enjoyed it everyday. There are comfortable pads on all the lounge chairs now, not in the photo. The kitchen is top notch, stocked with anything you may need. If you've never used and induction stovetop, you'll be amazed like we were how fast water boils! The indoor furniture was comfortable as well, although we spent most of our time outdoors. Communication with Tina and Freddie was excellent, they were remarkably fast at getting back to me with any question I had. I loved the location, so easy to get to everything. I can't wait to return with my siblings and their spouses for a family vacation in the future.

Fabulous property
The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Well stocked from toilet paper to paper plates to beach chairs. We spent a lot of time in the screened in pool area. Love that there is a bathroom with shower that you can access directly from the pool. I also appreciated the minimal and not overdone furniture and decor. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and lots of space. Would definitely come back.

Amazing
We had the greatest time! Everything was exactly as described, and pictured. The place was immaculate, and comfortable! The pool was wonderful, and we paid for it to be heated, which was worth every penny. The outdoor and indoor setup is so well thought out. We would 100% stay here again on our next Boca trip. Everyone was comfortable and happy here from our teen to the baby.

Great Spring Break in Boca
We enjoyed our stay in Boca Raton for a two week spring break with the family. We spent a lot of time at the house to avoid crowds during covid times and the property was great. First, the pool and screened in outdoor patio was amazing. We spent plenty of time enjoying that space bug free and watching the one of many smart TV's. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and grilling on the outdoor grill that has a direct gas connection. The house was a wonderful place to spend two weeks away from our home up north.
