Very nice setting, with view of the ocean and a great pool. More importantly, what a stunning location

The unit was comfortable and spacious, great for 2 couples. We loved being able to walk to the beach in a minute. The town is pretty, and even though the tourist season was wrapping up, we were able to find food and stores. The beach is truly beautiful. We walked for miles. It was well worth getting up at 6 a.m. to see the sunrise.

We had great vacation staying at the Grand Victorian although it was noisy during the night as our bedroom, with King size bed, overlooked a parking lot, many screaming battles overnight. We all loved the condo and had great beach weather. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The rooms are spacious and very clean and was the perfect size for our family of five. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was also very clean and the beach access was perfect. The owner supplies beach chairs, which was a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed the beach daily. The condo building is right next to the pier and a carnival area, but the condo itself is on the side of the building not facing the carnival so we did not experience noise. Lots of restaurants to choose from in easy walking distance. Overall a great experience!

This was my second time renting this condo for my family. We had 3 adults and 4 kids (age 11-15). This is the best location for Old Orchard Beach. You can walk to everything and if you have bad weather, you can use the indoor pool.

This is a well-furnished condo with plenty of pans, towels, blankets, etc. There are even beach toys and beach chairs available. EVERYTHING is within walking distance.

The host, Denise, was so easy to communicate with. Responds immediately and very helpful and accommodating with any needs or questions. The condo was clean and so spacious. My adult children stayed with us. 26, 25, 24. Parking was easy and right outside the door. Beach and pier 1 minute walk. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great location! The condo was just as advertised, the beach a few feet away and a great balcony to sit and drink your coffee and watch the waves roll in.

Stayed here for 4 nights with 2 adults and 3 kids (6, 4, &2) and the layout worked great. More room than I had expected. Location is lovely, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. We were there after Labor Day so as expected a lot had closed for the season but we found plenty to do and eat. Thanks to Denise for prompt answers to my questions. Great stay overall, would love to come again.

Unit 302 was lovely . The owner has added special touches such as a welcome box of cookies (delicious) , rain umbrellas, complete array of Keurig k cups, soaps, shampoos and body washes .. The unit was very clean and homey . Definitely would want to return back to this unit !! Thank you !!

What a great stay. Location is perfect. Super clean. Plenty big enough for the 11 of us.

Beautiful and clean right on the beach. The only issue were the locks on the front and sliding doors, but still perfect and again beautiful and great location!!

We had a fantastic time. The property is perfectly located at beach. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The owner even left us cookies! This was our second time and we will be back!

Unfortunately the parking lot outside our condo was very loud at night with motorcycles and people fighting in the parking lot. My son paid for overnight parking and he was called a liar in the morning when he went to get the car. Poor location for a family.

We stayed here the week before July 4th. The property was exactly as described. Zero complaints from us. We will be trying to book again for next June.

The condo is located on the beach and near the pier, restaurants & shops. We did not have to use our car for the entire stay, which we love! The condo had great space for the 7 of us. The indoor pool was great for the kids and it was never crowded. I most likely will book again since we like to go to Maine at least once a year.

The perfect location next to the pier and amusement park. Clean and bright. Comes with hotel type amenities and efficient washer and dryer. Hostess even provided detergent and dryer sheets. A basket of beach towels and lots of beach chairs. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here to be close to my daughter's house in OOB. The unit was clean and exactly as described. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillow, and beach towels. You can walk to the beach and several restaurants including a good coffee shop. Despite being in the heart of OOB, the unit itself was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience.

The condo is spacious, decorated nicely and very clean. The bedrooms are large and both bathrooms were great. The kitchen is huge, especially for a rental and was well stocked upon our arrival. The balcony has so much space and seating! The location is amazing - right on the ocean and steps from the pier, with easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. This is probably one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at and we’d highly recommend!

Great property and communications with owner. Slight issue at check in as unit was not ready but issue was quickly resolved by owner. Very Happy with our stay and thanks!

Condo is beautiful and clean.. very spacious and the deck is great with plants of chairs. Can’t beat the location! The beach is just beyond the parking lot, shops are right there across the street and the carnival is right next door. The only negative was with our check in…. The key code was crossed out and the man at the desk was unsure what to do. He gave me a temp code to use which didn’t work but we were able to figure it out just took longer than I would’ve liked. He did say it was very odd so I’m thinking just a fluke.. probably won’t happen again. Our family stayed in a different unit and we are planning to come and stay again

The amount of courteous detail was stellar, from the starter k-cup supply to the basket of beach towels, we felt valued and welcome - we’ll be back!
