This is our second time staying at Villa SEA VIEW. We stayed here for a week. The property was immaculate, breathtaking and we will surely be staying here again on our next trip to Saint Martin. We enjoyed the yard area seating, pool and enjoyed the view as we ate the salmon we cooked on the grill. You will not be disappointed staying here.

The property is exactly as portrayed on line. Fantastic views! Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Loved the iguanas around the yard. :). One tip - if you rent a car get something with some clearance to clear the entry gate tracks and speed bumps.

We stayed for 10 nights and had a great time. The villa is very private and exactly as shown in the pictures The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. I would highly recommend it.

An amazing stay at this house! Both inside and out was perfect! Beautiful scenery, very private, safe area, amazing pool and outdoor space with shade and sun areas. We cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful location and the house was in great shape with everything we needed. Host was gracious and so helpful with suggestions from beaches to restaurants to activities. Host also helped us coordinate rental car which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a 10 out of 10.

This experience was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted privacy, a pool, and all of the comforts of home. It was the perfect location for easy access to our favourite restaurants and amenities. Elodie et Nicolas were wonderful hosts. They met us on day one and gave us a helpful and concise tour of the property. They checked in by phone or email regularly, and they were immediately available if we had any questions, all the while respecting our privacy. We plan to return, and we would recommend this property to anyone.

We have stayed at many vacation homes on many islands, and this is one of the best. The views and breezes are spectacular. We had sunrises, sunsets, full moon and rainbows, plus a few neighbor iguanas and a frangipani tree. Just amazing! The outdoor space is well thought out to take advantage of the setting. Indoors is smaller than the pictures look, but it is also laid out well. We loved the roller shades for the extra bit of security as well as for some in our group that love to sleep late. We also cooked quite a bit, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I have an induction cooktop at home so finding one here was a bonus! On top of all this, Elodie and Nicolas helped us immensely at the beginning of our trip. We had planned to stay on the other side of the island for a few days, then move to this house when the rest of our group made it to the island. The other house turned out to be a scam, and in less than 24 hours Elodie and Nicolas had made arrangements for us to arrive a few days early since the house was not rented. We hadn't been to SXM in over 10 years, but we plan to add the island and this home back into our travel rotation.

Our family stayed here over the New Year. We loved the views and the seating and outside areas are well designed to let you sit and enjoy them. We saw rainbows over the water twice! We ate our dinner at the large outside table. The grill was easy to use and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, it was so convenient to have it right next to the house. My daughter would have spent the whole day in it! The location made it easy by car to reach Grand Case, Friars, and Koko beaches, as well as the supermarket and restaurants. Our hosts, Elodie and Nicolas, were gracious and welcoming and checked in on us multiple times to make sure all was well. And the showers in the villa are fabulous! In sum, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here!!

The pictures and reviews don't do this home justice. On the hill overlooking Grand Case, sitting by the private pool watching the world go by, thinking about which French restaurant to eat at -- this home cannot be beat. But watch out for the iguanas; they are bigger on this end of the island.

Family had a great experience! From the pool, foosball, outdoor deck, air conditioning,, etc…we loved it. Awesome views to wake up to every morning and sunsets every evening. It’s quiet but close to everything on French side of the island. We could be dining in Grand Case in under 10 minutes. Also quick access to all beaches on that side of island, great shopping in Hope Estate and Marigot right around the corner. Owners and property manager were attentive and responsive when we had questions. They have everything and more than we expected!

Our stay at Sea view villa LA SAVANE was everything we hoped for and more. The view was exquisite, the pool was great ((including some pool toys) with outdoor seatings. It was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The villa has everything you need. We enjoyed the BBQ on a few occasions. The hosts Elodie and Nicolas were amazing and very helpful. They even stocked the refrigerator with a few beverages and fresh fruits on the counter. I absolutely recommend LA SAVANE and I would not hesitate to go back.

We really enjoyed our time at his property. We only left to go to the grocery. We enjoyed our meals in the shade on the deck with the view of Grand Case Bay. The wildlife that visited each day was exciting for the kids to see all the iguanas on the deck. Five at one time one day of all different sizes and colors. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would return for sure. Enjoy the ride.

Terrible experience with this host and VRBO. I booked the property for 3 people and arrived on 5/13 with 2/3 guests to check in. We did a walk through with the owner and his wife. We did not have any complaints or concerns at that time. After the walkthrough was completed, we changed clothes and left to have dinner for a few hours and to buy groceries. We arrived back at the property, where all the lights were off and windows closed. After putting away groceries, one guest witnessed something crawling across the floor in her bedroom. Understanding that it may be a lizard given the location, it was attempted to find or scare the creature out as it crawled under the bed. After being unable to find the creature, the guest then used the restroom where she discovered a large roach-like insect on the sink and another in the shower. Both guests then searched the property and found another insect in the 3rd bedroom. At this time, I called the owner and explained the situation. The summary of the call was that he’d never had this before, did not know what we were talking about, and would come out the next day with bug spray (he did not offer to come that evening). We also took pictures and sent them to him, after which he changed his story and said that these are common, can fly, and are attracted to light. We attempted to trap the insects in the bathroom and bedroom then informed him that we would not be staying at the property because we felt scared and unsafe. After having to pay for a new hotel and contacting VRBO to complain, we then reluctantly agreed to meet the host back at the property the next afternoon. His solution was 2 cans of bug spray. We informed him that this was not an adequate solution, that we did not want to be on guard our entire vacation and having to kill these insects ourselves. So we decided to stay elsewhere. We asked him if we could at least have a partial refund of our stay to which he replied no. We then continued with multiple phone calls and emails to VRBO, who told us that the issue was between the traveler and the host, that they cannot help with getting us any refund or offer us any help whatsoever. Overall very disappointed with the experience and how it was handled. Cannot believe that VRBO does not offer any protection for travelers in these situations! Also think it’s ridiculous that the host was not sympathetic towards us or willing to offer any real resolution. Definitely will not use VRBO again!

The place itself was really nice and the hosts were great! We weren’t real familiar with the area, which didn’t seem to have the most amenities. Overall a great place for this location

We had a fabulous week at Sea View Villa! The space was modern, clean, inviting, and comfortable. We loved the outdoor deck, pool, lounge areas, and dining area. There were beautiful views from every angle! The pool temperature was perfect! The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The only thing we would have liked was a later check out. With a 4:00 pm flight, having to leave the villa at 10 am was disappointing. Everything else was a 10! We will definitely book again!

This property was amazing. It had everything that was described in the listing itself he. The outdoor space made the property. The pool was warm and clean. The view was beautiful, and the deck was utilized all day long. The home was clean, modern, and comfortable. We loved how secure the property was, with electric security shutters on all the windows. Air conditioning units were in each room. The mattresses and pillows were increasingly comfortable and the showers were also quite inviting. There were plenty of dishes and plates. I will say, If you like mixing drinks, bring your own cocktail shaker. The location itself was perfect, only about 20 minutes from the airport. It seemed close to everything we needed, including grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants. It is close to Grand Case beach, but we loved Friar’s Bay beach the best and kept going back. The owners and property manager were very easy to work with. We would all stay at this property again in an instant when visiting the island in the future. Thank you for a great stay and helping to facilitate wonderful memories!

The second you open the door, everything is exactly what you had hoped for. The private terrace is the star of the show with the space, views, pool, barbeque, and ping pong table. You will not be disappointed with this property for your vacation stay. The villa is 10 minutes from from shopping centers and restaurants, less than15 minutes from the Lolos and Coco Beach and 20 minutes from the airport. Super convenient! The interior was clean and comfortable and then you can view the mountains and water from the living room couch. Definitely would stay here again. Elodie and Nicolas (and their home manager) were great hosts and provided great suggestions of where to go.

This is my third time in Saint Martin, each time staying at a home rental. This property has been my favorite for several reasons. First, the property is newly built with amazing bathrooms and furnishings. It's often frustrating when you see/stay in other rentals that appears as if they haven't seen a remodel since the 90s and yet they charge exorbitant prices. Second, the property was equipped with every appliance or utensil you could possibly need to cook while on vacation. Additionally, the kitchen made amazing use of the space such that there was a place for everything and everything had its place. Third, the location is quite simply ideal. When I stayed in Terre Basse, I found the eastern side of the island was too far away. Likewise, Orient Beach is (in my opinion) too far from Marigot and the beaches on the west side of the island. It's minutes from Grand Case which has some of the best restaurants on the island. I could go on and on about the great attributes of this property but the last one I will discuss is the great care and consideration given by Nicolas and Elodie. They stayed in contact with me throughout the booking process, gave me suggestions for transportation (which I highly recommend), as well as restaurants and grocery stores, etc. They were available at any time that I had any questions whatsoever during our stay. My husband and I recently spent five nights at this great property. The house was beautiful, clean, and had every amenity you might ever need. Elodie and Nico were perfect hosts, and made certain that our stay was perfect. The views were outstanding and the pool was perfect. Definitely five stars!

La villa de Elodie et Nicolas est vraiment splendide. Et la vue est même plus belle que sur l’annonce :-) Nous avons tout particulièrement appréciés de pouvoir faire un barbecue au coucher du soleil et également le top brunch du Rainbow situé sur la plage de Grand Case juste à côté. À part ça la villa était propre et nous nous sommes senti un peu comme chez nous. Merci beaucoup à Elodie et Nico pour leur gentillesse.
