I needed extra room for family visitors. The house is super cute, VERY clean and organized and thoughtful items provided (games for kids,etc). It’s within walking distance to favorite local spots. Owners are very nice and responsive. Had a great visit with the family and everyone was happy!!!! Would do it again FOR SURE!

Great place with plenty of space. Decorated so cute with great amenities and extras. Everything you need is already at the house. And if not, visit HEB up the street. The train is near by so know that you will hear it going through town at all different times of the day. We embraced it and learned to appreciate the sound when it went through town. Pecans fall from the tree over the driveway which was cool cause we don’t have them in Michigan. The bakery around the corner is wonderful to walk to on Thursday through Sunday. Get the cinnamon roll but really you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. The Mills shop is a fun shopping trip also. Just wish we could have found a sweatshirt that said Cibolo Texas on it. Chances are we will be back to Dreamsicle Cottage in the future. Thank you Rick!

We came into town for our daughters wedding and stayed 3 nights. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Hot water, clean house along snacks & drinks set up in the kitchen. A pastry shop is right around the corner and is absolutely delicious and a must try! Our stay was an absolute delight! The only negative is the train. The home is located less than 100 yards from the train track and the trains sound their horn all day and night. Hopefully the City of Cibolo will take the necessary steps to request a silence ordinance to help all local businesses with the train noise.

It was so beautiful and I will definitely be staying there again, the location was amazing and so close to my daughters home, I loved it so much!! It had good vibes but one thing the white throw blankets need to be washed but overall it I loved it

Very cute house, with a very pretty yard that is within close walking distance from the historic part of town and The Old Spanish Trail. The beds were a little on the soft side. At night several trains came through with loud horns, which bothered one family member. If it were not for the nighttime trains, we would definitely stay here again in the future. The house was well stocked with coffee K cups, breakfast wafers, very nice towels, games, puzzles, and kitchen wares.

Loved the property and the story of how it all came to be. Great location from all the things you'd want to do in the area without being in a crowded spot.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Adorable and stocked with lots of amenities! So cozy! The fully stocked coffee bar was amazing… different flavors of coffees and teas. Several quaint little eateries and bars within walking distance. Owner and his wife are super sweet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Everything was perfect. My 5yo wanted to stay and live there! Lol! Will definitely be back.

It was very clean and smellt amazing. It had three beds, board games, coffee, and a nice backyard. My daughter loved her purplish room and my son loved his room being red. They had plenty of clean towels, makeup towels, plates, cups, and water tanks. They were nice enough to have pamphlets and brochures of surrounding areas with restaurants and sites to see and enjoy. They had hair dryers and hangers in the closet. Plenty of pillows and blankets. You could sit in the backyard or front yard. No smoke smell at all. Cook cook there. Plus, HEB was right by the house! It was a fun and relaxing place. Made my wife's 36th birthday really special.

We've returned to this home 2 summers in a row now, and we plan to return. The house is great, very clean and cute. Full kitchen for cooking minus a dishwasher, but it's not a bad thing. The location is prime for us. The home is in walking distance to several bars and restaurants which have popped up in the little town of Cibolo. The artisan bakery was a particularly amazing find for breakfast. Of course, we have New Braunfels and Gruene nearby for floating on the Comal River with all their great spots too, but this town felt more secluded and unique.

Great little house. Nice amenities, owner has put care into the property and the stay for the client. Awesome location, right next to a nice little downtown area. Ate a few local places and it was amazing. Will stay again.

We had a great time at this wonderful house. Super clean, Comfy,Peaceful, Cozy, Relaxing with everything we could have possibly needed for our weekend. Great communication. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked great (100 degree days), tv easy to use, beautiful landscaping, Ready to come back with more time to discover this adorable town. We definitely want to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! We have a 4 year old on the Autism Spectrum that generally struggles to adjust away from home but not here! He did amazing thanks to the home feeling of this home. It was very clean and cute! The owners were very great at communicating with us throughout the whole stay! I loved all of extras that the home owners provide including coffee, games, and etc. Thank you again!

We had a fantastic stay at the Dreamsicle Cottage. The house was spotless upon arrival. There were some really nice touches that we appreciated. Q-Tips! We always manage to forget them! This house is walking distance from really good food! Try the Kindling Texas Kitchen or the Rooted Fork. Both are in walking distance of the cottage and we found both to be delicious! Comfy beds, clean house, cold a/c, and, a really cute house. We would stay again!

Great location. Restaurants and stores nearby. Spotless, charming and homey cottage. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The freight train schedule was a mild disappointment but we soon got used to it. We would definitely stay at the Dreamsicle Cottage in the future.

We very much enjoyed our two nights in this home. The hosts added so many nice touches, from a coffee bar to some local beverages in the fridge. The home was clean, roomy and so comfortable.

The good news: Nice property run by owners who clearly put a lot of effort into giving their renters a great experience. Highly recommended. The bad news: Trains. Lots of trains.

This was out 4th or 5th time to stay at this property. It is like our home away from home! So many helpful amenities included!!! Extremely convenient location!

This was a great space for my family and I. There was one bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house, living room, kitchen, dining room in the middle, and the other side had two bedrooms and a bathroom. This was nice so people could have their space but also come together in the middle. The place was clean and well kept. The owners were very easy to communicate with and we’re flexible on our check-in time. I would definitely stay here again. The area is pretty quiet, the train woke me up the first night but after that it was just another background noise to me. The only downsides were that you do not get access to laundry and there were a lot of air fresheners, I would recommend toning it down, my asthma was overwhelmed with the smells. Thanks so much for a great stay!

My boyfriend, his daughter, and I stayed here and we were in love! Looks exactly like the pictures, in a good part of town, and close to everything we wanted to do! Would definitely stay again.
