Walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable. Quiet location.

This is our third time staying at this condo and we had another great trip! The condo is clean and comfortable and the view (and sound) of the river can't be beat. We will be back again, i'm sure.

Our family of 4 loved our weekend away at this property! All amenities needed were there! Location was amazing with the river in the backyard. Very close to downtown, restaurants, stores, swimming, trails, etc. We will definitely be booking here again!

Hamid’s place on the South Peak of Loon Mnt. was the perfect location for our family ski vacation! There is a shuttle to the mountain, and the condo is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed coming back after skiing and building a fire. The view from the back of the condo if the mountain and river are spectacular.

Well stocked kitchen. Easy to prep meals and eat together. Amazing location next to river! We could hear the water all the time, very lovely at night. Excellent view of river and mountains. Fall color is beautiful. Location in town was great - can even walk to grocery, restaurants. Many places to eat in town. Good central location for wide variety of hikes. Will come back here for next visity to New Hampshire.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. We have two kids, an elementary aged boy and a tween girl so they enjoyed the big beds to themselves and a bathroom of their own too. We were pleased by the cleanliness and amenities available. Our favorite thing was the closeness of the river outback. We loved hearing the river at night when falling asleep. Each day we enjoyed the beautiful sights and sounds with our morning coffee. It was also close to everything we wanted to do and see in the area. We would stay again!

Nice place that lived up to its listing. Appliances and floors were recently updated, but he bathrooms still show their 80's heritage. View was nice and loved sleeping listening to the river running through the rocks. We used the kitchen a bunch to cut down on eating out, and it was well outfitted, but the knives need sharpening or replacement. Only big surprise was the lack of AC. Its mainly a skiing destination, so doesn't matter then, but it was a bit humid since we were there in August. We were OK without it, I just didn't notice it missing from the listing. We normally vacation in Florida, and everywhere in the South has AC blasting. This location is easy to get to, within walking distance of some stores, and still quiet at night. There is no pool on the property, but you can wade in the river if its not too high. Worth the money

Everything about our stay was great. Our only regret was how hot the weather was during our stay and that this property didn’t have AC. We knew this in advance so it was expected. However the owner and the property made our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful and incredibly clean rental with an unbeatable location! Right on the river and a short walk to my kids’ favorite swimming hole. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was very well appointed and a very short drive to Loon. We stayed for three nights and it had everything we needed for a short and pleasant ski trip with our young child.

Had lots of great winter fun. Looking forward to a summer escape here as well. The condo was comfortable and the location was very convenient. View was picture perfect.

The whole process easy. The place, Clean Comfy, and relaxing. Kids skied daily., loved every minute, Mom unwind.

Hamid was very communicative and flexible. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we had a great vacation!

Stayed here for a ski weekend at Loon. Very clean and great location. The only drawback was that when we arrived on Friday night it was minus two degrees outside and the thermostats were set to 50 degrees, so the condo didn't warm up until Saturday. I would contact the host in advance to make sure the heat is up for your arrival.

The location of this property is ideal for skiing. It is a quint 2 bedroom and everything you need is furnished. The host was prompt with responses as needed. The furniture is all very dated and unfortunately very uncomfortable. This includes the beds and all the couches. Ideally you wont be spending much time in the space as the mountain is viewable right out your window.

We had a wonderful 5 days in this condo! Our teens skied at Loon Mountain and the parents did beautiful winter hiking and snowshoeing on local trails. The apartment was comfortable, warm, and well-appointed. Thank you!

Located right in the river, this place is beautiful and our kids loved playing on the rocks and swimming in the swimming hole. Proximity to downtown is really convenient as well. The owner is great about communication and responds immediately to messages. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked if just a bit dated. Overall— we loved our second stay and would do it again.

The condo was beautiful, right on the river! Quiet and relaxing! Lots of shops/restaurants/activities within walking distance or a very short drive!

Great location, quiet, but just a 5 minute walk to center of town in Lincoln. Nice trail along the river, which the condo overlooks. Will definitely stay here again.
