This condo was perfect for our family. We have 5 grandchildren ages 6 and under. They had such a good time at the beach, pool, water slide, splash pad and lazy river. All restaurants were easy to get to, even the ones in Gulf Shores. Everything in the unit worked and we did not have to call for any problems. John and Paige always responded to any communication quickly.

These accommodations were excellent. The condo was nicely equipped and beautifully furnished. My only suggestion for future guest during highly booked holiday weeks, would be to travel in at night to avoid crowded elevators with long wait times—our 4pm arrival collided with guests arriving, as well as guest coming off the beach for the day causing up to 2 hours of waiting for elevator with our luggage/cart. Thankfully , other guest were friendly and working together to help each other. Overall, I highly recommend VRBO and Unit 2901! We had a great week!☀️

This condo was wonderful! We have stayed in multiple units in Orange Beach and this was by far the best equipped and maintained. The location and extras like the new splash pad, sauna , and heated indoor pool ensured that everyone in our diverse family had plenty of options to keep them entertained! Will be watching this one for future trips…. Thanks John and Paige!

This condo was absolutely Gorgeous!!! It was such a wonderful corner unit for my family to stay. The beds and pillows were so comfy. The kitchen was well stocked, ready to cook and bake anything you could think of! It was so beautiful watching the sunsets each night! John and Paige were amazing!! They are a dream team to work with. The little extra added touches around their home, just made you feel like you were at home. I really felt like they went above and beyond for us! I can't recommend this condo enough!

View breathtaking! Kitchen very well supplied. Decorated great with even a touch of Christmas decor. Great location. Very spacious that we all could spread out. Balcony big enough for a party. We hope to be back.

We had a wonderful trip and the condo was one of the best I have stayed in. It is perfect for a large group and the view is amazing! Paige and her Father are very accommodating. I definitely will be staying here again.

My book club friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the property! It was cozy, yet contemporary, and well stocked as far as dishes, glassware, appliances, puzzles, etc. We appreciated that this unit didn’t have a lot of wasted space, yet was still comfortable for a large group. There is plenty of seating available on the roomy balcony, which was fantastic! Best of all, our hosts, John and Paige, were extremely friendly and always quick to reply when I messaged them with questions. They are the best property owners I’ve dealt with over the years - they truly care about customer service and want their guests to enjoy their stay. A+++++

My three kids and their family were my guests at this condo for the week to celebrate my retirement. This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and were so comfortable. We enjoyed the views and spent a lot of time on the balcony in the early mornings and the evenings. Love this place and really appreciate the interaction and kindness of the owners John and Paige.

Our family since last October grew by 2 sons in laws. This is our second big vacation with the 6 of us since our last wedding in January. John and Paige and unit 2901 at Phoenix West @
2 was amazing! Both owners were very easy to communicate with and provided all we needed. There is enough space to spread out and give each couple their area. Appreciated our shared Faith in Jesus with John and Paige. If you are looking for a clean beautiful location in Orange Beach, get in touch with them. They will not disappoint!

I can’t say enough about this place! The condo was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. There’s a balcony where you can watch the cars and busy city life, and it wraps around to the gorgeous view of the beach. Each room also steps out onto a private balcony. We had a toddler, two children, three teens, and four adults. The place is also child friendly from the actual condo itself (not many breakables within reach of toddler), to the small game room on the first floor, and the Lazy River. The owners are AMAZINGLY accommodating and so nice. We will definitely be using this condo each year if it’s available!

Wonderful experience! We have traveled to Orange Beach at least once a year for the past 15 years and this rental was by far the best yet and we will be back next year. Communication with the owners was perfect. The condo is beautiful and very well kept. Stocked with all you need (plenty of bath towels which most condos lack in my opinion). The layout could not be more perfect. It's obvious the owners love their property. The entire resort was clean and spacious both indoors and out. The beach service company there was amazing, we ended up bringing them lunch!
My advice to renters: We arrived on a Saturday and the wait to use the elevators was extensive as so many were checking in at the same time. We had no issues using the elevators the rest of our stay so keep that in mind when arriving.

As always we had a great time at orange beach. This was mainly due to the great help and consideration of the owners! The condo was all that was advertised! We do plan to do this again(hopefully longer next time)!

A wonderful place for our family gathering. Upon a late check in, we came through the beautiful condo and were drawn toward the large balcony. The lights of the Orange Beach strip to were our left and the stars and reflection of the moon were straight ahead.
This owners have hosting and communication with their customers "down pat". (There is no intermediary - you're communicating directly with the owners, if needed.) It was comforting to know that we were staying in such a nice property with caring owners.

Owners were very accommodating and kept checking on us. Being on the 29th floor offers the best views, unobstructed by other building although one is being built just down the block. Condo was clean, well furnished with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Kitchen and pantry had most everything you would need in cooking.
Only issues were maintenance was being done on the parking garage and 3-4 floors were taped off at a time causing some inconvenience. The unit above us must have had some renovations being done as there was a continuous noise each day. Knowing both of these issues were isolated I hope to be able to rent this unit again as John and Paige have an outstanding condo and treat their guest first class.

It was everything we hoped it would be. Spacious, well kept, and great views. Would definitely stay here again.
The only downside is related to the building and NOT the condo: it’s a TALL building and the elevators can be a challenge. I assume this is often the case during most busy weeks like spring break.

This is an incredible corner condo with 4 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! Perfect for our family of 5 adults and 5 kids. The views were incredible and as our stay was over Easter the kids were abject to color eggs overlooking the ocean with a beautiful sunset behind them! John and Paige were very accommodating hosts. We will return!

Wonderful location and a great view, this was perfect for our family vacation. The elevator not working for 3 hours one morning did upset our plans one day, as this condo is on the 29th floor and we had a couple falls with the kids due to a rug in the entryway and the tile being very slick in the bathrooms when wet, but just bruises. Had a great time and the owners were very responsive to any needs.

We had a great stay and had everything we needed. Very clean. Only thing is I would have liked to see a better stock of supplies. The “standard condo stock” was supplied, however, considering the cost of the place a higher quality of products would be appreciated.

Highly recommend this property - Private balcony, views were amazing, very clean, lots of space... too many things to list! John & Paige were very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed as well. Our 2 nephews enjoyed not only the beach, but the lazy river and water slide that is attached to the property. We will definitely be back!!

My family and I had a wonderful week at Orange Beach. Grandchildren's ages ranged from 5 years to 22; there were amenities and activities to satisfy all. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

The owner’s condo was excellent. The owner himself was very gracious helping us with something he didn’t have to do. The unit had a really good supply of cooking items - better than most. The outside seating area was well equipped - again better than most. The view from this Condo was great. Our only negative is the elevators in the Main Building - which the Owner is not responsible for. They are extremely overloaded with people on Saturdays and sometimes during the week when everyone seems to be going or coming from the Beach at the same time. On two (2) occasions on our first Saturday, I had to wait on an elevator for 1.5 hours with a grandchild! I don’t know the answer to the elevator situation but we heard complaints the entire week from other guests - each and every time you got to the elevators.

The condo is very nice and roomy. We had 8 adults and 5 children under 8. We all had our own space and the kitchen and views are awesome. We cooked in every night and enjoyed the space. There were a few elevator issues , but were fixed by mid week, and this was no fault of the owner. They could not have been more accommodating to our group and were a pleasure to work with. We had a great time.

This unit is perfect for larger families. Stunning views and a clean and beautifully decorated unit. Owners are very responsive and attentive to your needs. Would be happy to stay there again. The building is also very nice and has wonderful pools and beach access. There were many people there during our July stay but I didn’t feel crowded.

Great for Families
We just stayed June 11-18th. The condo was very clean upon arrival. There is a full bath in every bedroom and a half bath in the hall. Two of the showers are walk in and two have tubs. We have 2 handicap individuals so that is an important detail. There is enough room for everyone to spread out. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. The balcony was a great place to hang out and big enough for everyone. The condo has everything you need for cooking. I highly recommend this property. Everyone at the PW2 we came in contact with was super nice and helpful.
The property has a nice grilling area, pool, lazy river and splash pad that my family enjoyed. Thanks John and Paige!

Just Beautiful
A beautiful condo with a beautiful view from the 29th floor. The perfect condo for our family of 9! The condo was decorated professionally and was very comfortable. It definitely felt like home for the week. We especially enjoyed watching the marine-life from our balcony. John and Paige were amazing hosts and were exceptionally attentive and available throughout our entire stay. Our experience was very personable... A far-cry from a rental company. They even accommodate high maintenance guests! 😂 This condo is easily a 10 out of 10!
