The fitness facilities were great. I was happy to see a TRX system available and especially the Peloton Bike. The only thing with the bike is that the pedals didn't come with a craddle only for clip in shoes and without knowing to bring my clip in cyclig shoes, riding in regular shoes on that base was uncomfortable.

The breakfast was not the greatest. I understand they order in bulk, however, the food was the exact same every day and we were there for 3 days. We ended up going to eat at a restaurant the last day in order to get variety. The flavor in the food was very bland. I would have loved to see granola as an option for cereal or to eat with yogurt. Fresh fruit instead of just a banana would have been good, and variety of the egg and sausage options. Lastly, offer free water throughout the day. There were no option for water only coffee and other breakfast drinks.

I stay here every July. Have never been disappointed, until this stay on 5-6 July. The room was dirty. I was given a set of sheets to change the bed. I will not come back.

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was kept well stocked and had a good variety of foods available.

Our door lock battery went dead. When we returned from supper, we were locked out of our room for over 30 minutes waiting on someone to change the batteries so our cards would read again. It was 10 p.m., so we were all tired and ready for bed. The tub drain was clogged and drained very slowly. Ankle deep in water by the end of my shower. These are minir things in my opinion as cleanliness is at the top of my list and this place surpassed my expectations in that category.

The breakfast options could be a little better - especially for those who may be vegan or veggie.

Coffee, juice, and packaged items like muffins and yogurt were good.

Hot items like potatoes, eggs and meats were not seasoned/undercooked, overcooked and greasy or dry.

I specifically had noted when booking that I was in a wheelchair and needed a kingbed and shower chair...I coukd not use the shower..no one could just get a showerchair for the king room..not just 2 queen room..have one to move to rooms as needed
