Close to event. Excellent staff. Nice breakfast options

Honestly we didn't enjoy our stay other than breakfast.
Waited 45 min for our room. Due to issue with booking and our hotel. Room was dirty and my son's socks were covered in someone else hair form the carpet. The outlets next to bed didn't work, told front desk and manager came with pocket knife trying to fix outlet. Fridge had mold in it.

The hotel is in a great location by ALOT of restaurants and stores.
The corner table was broke in the room and the breakfast isn’t that good. Also, the water in the swimming pool needs to be changed, looked dirty.

Everything was wonderful! When we got there we had a king bed and it was me and my grandson. They got us 2 queens right away!

Frustrating
I made a reservation for two rooms through bookings.com. When we arrived, I was told bookings.com had paid the hotel for only 1 room and we had to still pay for the second room. My travel companion, Karen Robbins, paid for the second room. The hotel manager said I would have recover the money from bookings.com; I did pay bookings.com for both rooms.
I asked the manager (Rick) if he would provide a note/letter to substantiate all of this and he stated clearly he would send me an email. I checked again Sunday morning with the man at the desk and he took my information again and assured me he would give it to Rick.
I never received the email from Rick the hotel manager. I’m just out the $140.
My stay would be better if the hotel manager would have done what he said he would do.
Also, I think your hotel should have recovered the $ 140 for the second room from bookings.com. I paid bookings.com for both rooms. Bookings.com did not apparently pay your hotel for the second room.

Good location for my needs, overall facilities were good, would stay again but some things need to be addressed

tiles loose all over tile area so made popping sound when walking in tile areas
children allowed to use hallways as personal play areas ultimately leading to fire alarm being pulled
