My grandson was not aloud to stay there , I booked it for him but he was only 19 and they would not let him stay. And I was charged anyway

The location was right off the highway.

The place was nasty. I had a horrible experience at another Wyndham facility in this area and this location is owned/ managed by the same nasty people. They do not clean their property and the linen/towels are stained and nasty. I am so glad I travel with my own linen/towels. The hallways and elevator stink, carpet is nasty. I will never stay here again. Or any other Wyndham in this area! The health department should shut them down!! They don’t care about the complaints, they just tell you “we’ll let management know” when they are “management”. The bathrooms are horrible. It was a waste of money!! If it wasn’t for booking with no refund, arriving late at night after a long drive, I wouldn’t have stayed. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car!!!

The carpet in the room was filthy. The staff didn't follow-up on simple request. The breakfast was subpar and staff didn't keep items refilled without asking.

The Rooms were actually clean and not bad

The Exterior of the property looked pretty rundown. The shower could use some help as far as update, including us. The breakfast was bare minimum at best. The pool that they advertise is drained and not working. Doesn’t look like it might be working anytime soon either.

The room had bed bugs and I filled a complaint with corporate I had over 20 bites on me worst place I've ever stayed at
