The villa had a caretaker named Joydeep and he took really good care of us. The villa itself was spacious and looked just like the pictures. It had almost all amenities and the owner made sure if we required anything extra it was provided to us. We wanted a late check out and it was provided to us. Me and my family loved the villa and we will recommend it to all our friends and family.

The utensils need an upgrade. Coffee Mugs were small. Really apart from this everything else was perfect!!!!

- manager Yash was kind enough and has cleared our requests and doubts about the stay before I booked the accommodations. - we got the yellow villa and it was a right fir for three of our families. The bathrooms are big and well maintained. Kitchen had many utensils and one can cook with the your own raw material, the service guys can also buy provisions for us. They are present 24 hours at the villa and really helpful.. Enough space for Car parking. The private pool was also excellent, even though it was small. We didn't use the common pool, which was a bit bigger.. we had free breakfast and we need to choose two items from the list they provide.. master chef and an assistant will come at our desired time and do the cooking in our kitchen . Aloo parota and poori masala which we chose was well made, but chola bature was very average.. There is a provisional store fee meters away form this area. And this place is very near to Calangute. For three families this would be a best bet.. I would definitely come back if I come to Goa.. The service guys were really awesome 👍 and they make our stay very warm and easy.. - managers speak very good English, no need for Hindi..

On one the bathroom upstairs there was a smell coming out of the closet. - Manager Govind was not so comfortable when we ask him for help and assistance.. - during the cooking of breakfast (normally 2 hours) many service guys enter our villa without our permission and we felt our privacy was compromised during this time..

This place is amazing, had a great pool party. Staff was really helpful. Anyone planning to visit North Goa, must have a stay over here, you will be loving it.. Will be planning to visit soon again.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The villa in itself had massive bedrooms, a clean and enjoyable private pool, and everything else you can need to enjoy a Goa Trip. The owner and the staff were exceptionally good; made sure we did not have any kind of problem (24*7 literally). A perfect stay for friends and families.

The caretaker Saddam was very cooperative and ensured all our requirements were fulfilled . the private pool was clean throughout our stay and my kids really loved it.

Everything was great, The ambience, the host, breakfast cleanliness everything was exceptional.

The only thing I felt which was not up to my expectations was the toiletries in the amenities. It can be improved on the product part.
