I booked one bed but when i got to the hotel they said that the available room was only twin bed .

Great hotel! We stayed here for one night, the room was lovely.
Only down side for us was the location.

The breakfast diner was not part of the hotel good news.
they lied about the size of the room, we booked a deluxe double and could barely fit in the room, they stated clearly on the website that the shuttle service was free, but you had to pay 1500 pesos the local cab was 350. the staff was rude and abusive and that is the good news. notably I did not want to write this revue until after I had left the Philippines, just did not feel safe calling out thieves while in country.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and offered enough places to put clothes and other things away. The bathroom was clean and modern and met our needs fully. We received a room upgrade when checking in and were very happy with everything.

one specific front desk personnel, amongst all the front desk personnel this specific person ask me twice if im a gust or visitor when ever i arrive at the lobby, like seriously? I dont know if its part of you SOP calling out guest if he or she is a guest or visitor. I find it uncomfortable and annoying. your guard is kind and welcoming.

The hotel is renovated and the facilities are great! The room was very quiet and you can reach nice eating areas in 5 to 10 minutes. The road is not the best to walk as it's very narrow, but it's perfectly doable. You have a big Robinson supermarket 5 minutes away.

The location. It is nice that it is near the center of cebu, a bit of hike but exercise is good for the body. However the neighbourhood is dark and it feels like dangerous at night. The hotel has good security but its not advisable to walk to the hotel at night, just take a taxi if need be. Most taxi drivers dont know the place yet so tell them it is a bit further from Robinson's Baseline if coming from Mango road.

Fairly new hotel within 5 minute walking distance to Osmena Circle. Very clean, staff were great and helpful. Wifi was good.
