Home was beautiful. Great location and easy to get to Olympic National Parks.

Our work family went on a retreat for the weekend and had an amazing time! The house is great with plenty of rooms for each couple/family and kids to stay. The pond and view is incredible. The game room was a blast. The property is amazing and we loved every second of it! Thank you so much!

Wonderful stay in a well appointed house - we loved spending time on the property including using the paddleboats and kayaks on the pond, the game room, hot tub and many family meals at the huge table. Overall a wonderful stay.

Lovely home and property. It wàs perfect for our sometimes loud (happy, laughing loud) group. We enjoyed all being able to sit at one table and share our meals. The game garage made for some happy competitions. The home wàs well stocked with basics.

The property is so beautiful, relaxing, and just plain enjoyable. We had our two daughters and their families with us and we had a great time. The house is huge and offered the perfect place for multiple families. The grandkids had a great time playing on the playground equipment and in the game room. The host, Martha, is excellent and does a great job of providing everything one could need at a rental property. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This home was so magical and just perfect for our little friend group. This home was so clean and tidy when we arrived. The property itself is magical, and the home is so spacious! We had 10 adults and 2 toddlers. This home was so perfect for all of us. When we walked in and I saw the large kitchen table my heart melted. To be greeted by 4 deer was perfect for the boys and littles. Very comfortable. Fun things to do. Quiet area. Just so wonderful. Highly recommend for a large family gathering.

This is the first time our entire family (Both sides) have stayed in the same house on a vacation. Stressful thought for some, I know, but this house made it stress free and relaxing. We had plenty of space, the kitchen had all the essentials of home and the relaxing view made the entire trip worth it. The kids spent many hours sledding with sleds we bought from Walmart a short distance away. Very convenient location to shopping as well. Great time was had by all

We have stayed here before. This place is fantastic - room to both spread out and gather. It’s so well set up and close to town as well as gorgeous mountains. Can’t say enough good things!

We stayed at this property before Christmas for a little family holiday and the house was decorated beautifully, very cozy, and had a well equipped kitchen for large families. I would recommend this house and stay in it again.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!! I can not say enough about this home. We have rented all over the world and this is far and away the best equipped and most comfortable home we have ever stayed in. Our family loved it and is talking about making this a destination for a summer get together. We did Christmas at the house and it was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we could possibly want. Most highly recommend this as Martha and this home are beyond wonderful.

We rented this property for my 40th birthday. We had 10 adults and eight children and it was absolutely perfect! There were plenty of bedrooms and spaces for us to spread out and be together. The kitchen was fully stopped with everything we needed. The owner even put out a nice bottle of wine and hot cocoa with tons of toppings! The kids love that part! The Christmas decorations were definitely one of the highlights! The property was beautifully decorated and made for a great introduction into the Christmas season! The hot tub is also wonderful! The kids really enjoyed the bunk bedroom and the game room in the garage! I don't think us adults really ever saw the kids the whole weekend! Thank you again for a wonderful weekend! We will definitely be making this an annual trip!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this house was for our group with age range from 1-80. Main floor suite perfect for older parents with mobility challenges, bunkhouse in the garage for all 6 of the college aged cousins, private suite downstairs for the family with four small children and three bedrooms upstairs for the middle aged parents. It was like the house was designed for our group. The only thing better than the sleeping situation was the kitchen and gathering spaces. The kitchen is well appointed with a double oven and plenary of dishes and cooking supplies. We did Thanksgiving dinner for 19 with no trouble at all. The huge dinning room table fit all of us. We just brought two folding chairs for the kiddos and we got everyone around the table. The family enjoyed the game room in the garage and the hot tub as well. The property is lovely and we took walks down the country road watching the deer and birds. And the location is awesome for exploring hurricane ridge and the rainforest. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean beautifully decorated home for a large family gathering I would wholeheartedly recommend Martha’s place. She is a wonderful host who replied promptly to any questions or requests before and during our stay. We made some wonderful family memories in this beautiful home and are hoping to come back again soon!

Everything at this property was perfect. The host made us feel assured that the property is family and pet friendly so we didn’t feel nervous about our dogs or young children being there. They were super quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Our party was 20 people ranging in age from 1-55 and we fit very comfortably in the home with space to spare. We had everything we needed or wanted and the hot tub was absolutely divine. In addition, the game room was so much fun for us to play and spend time together as a family. There is also a lot to do and see in the nearby town of Port Angeles especially if you like the outdoors. I give this place an A+ 10/10 5 stars! We will definitely be visiting this place again.

This place is unbelievable and Martha is fabulous. This was the ideal setting and home for a family reunion. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more. There is a table that seats 16 plus plenty of additional seating. Lots of room for a big crowd. Outdoor grills, game room, hot tub, and fire pit were awesome. We spent time exploring Olympic during the day and cooking, eating, and playing at night. The decorations for Christmas were beautiful and incredibly festive. Thanks Martha for everything. We’d love to come back!!

We had a great time and the house had most everything we needed to have a smooth stay for our group of old college buddies between excursions to local golf courses and casino. Would definitely come back here next year…

This was the perfect place for a family get-together. Plenty of room, and geared for all ages. Very well stocked and clean. It made for a wonderful long weekend.

WOW!!! Martha has an amazing private home in the country. Drive down a gravel road in the country and at the end of the road is this beautiful home . That in itself was impressive and then i walked into the house. 3 floors of amazing on every floor. The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen i have ever used in a rental, 2 full sized refers/freezers 2 bbqs a dining room table that was very impressive and a back deck with a nice big table to sit enjoy a meal and share the day with friends. All of the bedrooms were great and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels for showering or using the hot tub. The garage was turned into a game room with a separate bunk room on the back of it. One of our crowd favs was the popcorn machine in the game room, good touch. If i had anything bad to say, i just didn't stay long enough. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks again Martha you were a fabulous host!!!

The property is lovely and exactly as described, out in the country but not far from Port Angeles. Peaceful. It was spacious so everyone could retreat to their own corner for quiet time. I loved that the really, really long dining room table had enough room for all 15 of us to sit down for a meal. The kitchen was open to the dining areas so the cooks and cleaners could socialize while working. The pond area with rope swing was a great place for our gang of teens to hang out. The host was easy to communicate with, answering questions right away. I highly recommend a stay here.

Martha was amazing and her house is beautiful. Quick responses to messages, house in perfect condition, PLEANTY of dishes and silverware - a truly well-stocked kitchen. The property is beautiful. The pond is tranquil and watching the sunset over the water from the top of the hill is very special. Would highly recommend this property for a family or a group of friends.

My daughter said it was the finest vacation home we have ever stayed in. Every member of our family was thrilled.

So wonderful! Great space with serene surroundings and wonderful views (saw deer every day) but activity in the house--loved the hot tub and the garage/playroom area full of activities was great for our older kids. Wish we could go again!

Our family has rented VRBO homes for a once a year family week, almost every year for over 25 years. This was the BEST ever, best arrangement of sleeping and gathering rooms, BEST supplied for cooking, ( appliances , dishes and even basic pantry items), BEST dining table where we could all eat together, BEST for allowing our family dogs to come on vacation also, BEST for dog safety with fenced yard space, BEST in terms of solitude but close to town when we needed to for activities or food. I would give it more than 5 stars if possible. Will definitely consider it for a future year.

We loved our time at this beautiful home and amazing property! So much space to spread out and plenty of fun things to play with! We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, and outdoor space. The feeling of being remote but still having close proximity to groceries and gas was perfection!

Beautifully decorated and such a nice setting at the end of a dead end road. Very private, very clean. We enjoyed watching the deer and sunset out the windows and patio. Such a nice place to just sit and enjoy the acreage and pond. Nice string lights outside in the evenings. Highly recommended and hope to book again! Lots of activities close by if you decide to leave this beautiful home.

Excellent house. This house has it all for families. Games, outdoor activities, and conveniently located. Sheets and towels were top quality making the stay very comfortable. Also, any kitchen appliance you may need. We will be back!

This home is very inviting and comfortable with lot of rooms and spaces for our large group. The owner was very attentive to our needs and even sent out a maintenance person to get the hot tub heated up. We loved the fire pit, swing and pond. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful house in great location. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and visited Olympic National Park with our 3 children, their spouses and 8 grandchildren. The house was perfect with some great hikes just up the road from the house but also convenient to stores and Port Angeles.
