Excellent facility

The price was too high for this type of hotel and breakfast was not included which is very disappointing paying so high price for just sleeping

Location, room space, quiet, clean.

Parking was charged extra.

The location was great. Breakfast was super yummy!

The only issue I had was that the hide a bed had crumbs when we opened it, and the extra blankets were sticky.

The breakfast is not so good due to lack of verity of foods

Provide natural water free in room

The staff was amazing!

The pillows in my room were absolutely awful, very flat - also, regardless of the patio door being closed, cold air still blew inside.

Not much, rude staff and charged me for half day without telling me.

Housekeeping doesn't come despite specifically requesting it, room smelled terrible from the restaurant below, paper thin walls, and really bad service. It's over priced for what it is and staff charged me $200 for a half day without saying they might do that or even telling me they did afterwards. They then refused to comp me any of that amount after I was only made aware of the charge when I saw my credit card bill.

I had a reservation confirmation number.. they insisted I had no reservation on their system..?I showed the desk person my confirmation that I had sent to me.. they emphatically repeated they had no reservation.. just cold and brisk.. no accommodating the booking gaff.. I called the Bellevue Hyatt and got two rooms ..
