This house was great for our group of girls. It was fully stocked with some thoughtful extras. The pool was wonderful and the lounge chairs and floats were lovely to have. All the music connections made for easy listening to fun music. Shower was nice and strong. Beds were comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again. One thing we didn’t realize was the casita was a pull out bed, but my friend that stayed there said it was comfy too!

We have a small quiet party consisting of my 85 year old mom, my 40 year old daughter and 18 month old granddaughter and me. The house is clearly a big party house even though it’s quite small. All the hide a beds are there to house parties; not families. The pool area was bleak but the pool was clean. The manager, TJ, responded quickly to every issue and there were more than a few. The pool heater failed, the ac failed, there were no umbrellas or shade out back. The water to the bathroom sinks was a drizzle: Due to a problem with another property, we didn’t receive our welcome email with access to the property.
The property is not lovely. I know to be suspicious of night pictures; now. If you are a bachelor party; I’m sure you’ll be pleased. If you are a family looking for a highly rated house. Don’t come here. The property is NOT new renovated but peeling and worn. They need to update their listing. The manager, however, is very responsive.

Home was close to lots of restaurants and things to do, quick trip from airport. Had a couple cooler weather days but kids still enjoyed the pool. Well stocked with anything you would need. Communication was great on check in, had no other communication but that was because we never had issues or needed anything. First time for all of us in AZ and we had a blast.

We spent a lot of time at the house, especially in the garage area. The pool is nice and heated, but it was still a little too cold to get in due to weather. It's located very close to old town, so that was nice as well. Overall, great place to stay.

We visited to celebrate a 40th birthday. We wanted to be close to Old Scottsdale, golf, shopping and hiking. And we did it all. We loved our downtime around the pool and in the game room too. And the sleeping arrangements were very nice as well!! Would definitely repeat our fun President’s Day weekend again!!

As the title states, this house was very accommodating. My 7 friends and I stayed here and all had a place to sleep comfortably. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc as well. The night life in the area is great, but just hanging out at the house was better. Lots of games and activities right at the house. The property manager was very quick with responses whenever I had questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

The house was absolutely perfect and the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Beds were extremely comfortable and there were more than enough towels for the pool. TJ was great and very responsive. When we come back we are going with his company for sure!

This is an awesome, updated, clean home with comfortable furnishings. I wanted to bring the bed and pillows home with me! The pool table, foosball, darts, corn hole and pool made this such a fun house that offered so much more than similar properties. It was a great location- convenient to everything.
TJ is another huge perk to this house… we had booked a different property through someone else that was not as advertised and we wanted to move to a new property that day. I reached out to 3 property managers and he was the only one who was willing to accommodate a same day check-in and was flexible on our departure time. Throughout our stay, he was very responsive and super helpful. We had a couple minor issues that he addressed right away.

The house was in a wonderful location. We went for a family wedding. The inside was extremely clean and very open. Lots of great space for the kids to run around. The pool was very easy to get into would highly recommend and visit again

We had such a fantastic experience at this property! It is the perfect place to stay for a weekend escape with friends. Super close to Old Town Scottsdale, plenty of room for people sleep and an awesome backyard/pool. The owner is very kind and super responsive. We had a toilet issue on our 2nd day, and he responded immediately to my text and had a plumber out within a few hours. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend in Scottsdale. Seriously perfect for Bachelorette/ Bachelor parties.

Amazing Spot
Great place to stay, had everything we needed for a bachelor party of 8. Plenty of entertainment at the house for all of the time we spent there. Plaza with a grocery store was a 10 minute walk which is very convenient. Everything was very clean, TJ was an amazing and very responsive host. Highly recommend this property.

Great property and location
The house was excellent. The garage converted to a game room was an added bonus. The house was located in a great area with easy access to old town. We had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms well equipped, extra towels for the pool, etc. communication was great. We have zero to complain about.

Bachelorette weekend
Myself and 9 friends stayed here for my bachelorette party weekend. The house was super clean, has lots of sheets, towels, and the pool area was amazing for our group. Neighborhood was quiet and it was about a 10 min Uber from the main drag. TJ was super accommodating with early and late check out and responsive when we blew the fuse to the house getting ready…. I still feel very bad about that. Sorry TJ.
One thing I wish was better advertised was that the 4th bedroom was a “casita” that had a pull out couch….- and the third bathroom was also out there and it was a half bath… which for our group wasn’t ideal but everything else about the house was great, and TJ was too 😊

Very Awesome
This was a great home, we enjoyed our stay and welcoming home. The owners is very responsive as well as the property manager. The house has been up graded with great appliances it was just a great experience to stay there, we will be back again.

Didn't meet expectations
Based on the photos, description, and reviews, I had high expectations for this rental. When we arrived after receiving our check-in code, the cleaning crew was still finishing up and clearly in a hurry. It showed, as once we accessed the property, there were crumbs and debris on the floor and overall it had a kind of musty/unclean smell. I would say overall, the house is just in need of a really deep cleaning/scrub. We rented it for 3 nights and actually left after the first night and checked into a hotel.
Ultimately, the property just wasn't the quality I was expecting for the price and rather than spend New Years in a disappointing rental we just decided it wasn't worth it and moved locations. As a note, the pool is super deep and not suitable at all for children....this was another reason we left early.

Good house for family time!
Overall very good family house. We really enjoyed our stay. Well stocked and lots of extras--board games, plenty of linens and towels, great garage game room. The pool area gets great late morning sun. We had one minor issue with the grill and it was quickly addressed by the property manager. My only recommendation is the house needs more silverwear!

Weekend in Scottsdale
We had a great time and this place was exactly what our group of 10 needed. Everything was clean, the garage was the perfect group hang out spot, and the pool as well as backyard was absolutely incredible. Would definitely come back to this spot time and time again. Would likely be great for a large family, couples getaway, or guys trip. TJ was a great host and incredibly responsive. The pdf guide provided was useful from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!
