Excellent experience staying here. Place is located just off the highway which provides it with good connectivity to places of interest. Breakfast provided is simple and very tasty food. Housekeeping staff is very helpful. Dr Praveen is always available and very promt to sort you out with any requirements you might have. All in all, I'd highly recommend staying here.

The place is just good for night stay. As a homestay, it is it is good. Provisions of food is very limited. We weren’t happy about the dinner and breakfast served.

House is very nice and comfortable,with a beautiful terase and the garden. Owner was very helpful with the useful tips. He can arrange any breakfast you like(which was a big problem for me, because I don't eat spicy food). Location is very near the beach,and nothing else. You can't walk,you reach everything only by car.

There's no mosquito net,so you can't open the windows,,and must always use the AC

Nothing .. but, as this homestay is next to toll plaza so every time you need to pay 75 rs when you step out to beach or to temple ;) . I didn’t try any internal route as I was worried

The place is sparkling clean! It gives such peaceful vibes, you'll feel like just being there. Simple, one item but hygienic and delicious home made breakfast served on both days we stayed there. They did their best to meet our liking. The owner Dr Praveen is a wonderful and helpful person, who helped us find cabs, and called for us a genuine ayurvedic massage therapist on the premises. Also allowed us a slightly late checkout. Do visit and stay there if you want to go for a peaceful and homely stay. Not for drinking, smoking and loud music kind of a holiday. The place has a traditional feel, with lots of greenery around the rooms.

The only staff there speaks only the native language, and unless you can understand some Malayalam, it is tough to communicate. He is otherwise quite helpful. However you can alsways call up Dr Praveen if needed.

The location of the property is close to the Thiruvallam Parshuraman temple, which was the main reason for our visit. The property itself is serene and well maintained. Dr.Praveen who is the owner, goes out of his way to make the stay pleasant for his visitors. His hospitality is one of the main reasons that made the entire stay more memorable and better than the usual homestay.

A signboard on the main road showing the path/turn to the homestay will be helpful. Also, having a kettle in the room to heat the water and a doorbell outside the main gate will be helpful.

Staff interrupted from back door. I felt that was very inappropriate. The staff banged on the back door and was using a torch light and pointing it into the room. It was very unprofessional to do so. Should have knocked like a normal person.

Excellent place and Lunch were outstanding. Host is very kind , supportive and helpful.

Sanskriti is a ayurvedic resort with 5 star facilities with a personal feeling of a home. The architecture is really good with spacious rooms and court yard with a very silent and peacefull atmosphere and well furnished rooms and bathrooms. We chose it as an alternative to a 4 Star hotel and we were happy we made the decision. The breakfast served was a custom breakfast depending on our choice.. This is normal as it is not a hotel with a buffet. The chef asked us our preferences and prepared a breakfast with Fruit juices, Cut fruits and choice of dishes like Chappathi or Idilis were available. The rooms were very clean and well maintained with Good quality Sheets and Towels and Hot water for the baths. When the approach road to Sankriti which is about 100 Mtrs from the highway, it will be very easy to access the place. Even though close to the highway, it is very silent and feels like living in a village. We have not taken any Ayurvedic treatments, even though we are sure that the treatments will be very autherntic as the place is owned and run by reputed Ayurvedic doctors. We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it for casual tourist or for as an Ayurveda retreat.
