I loved the spacious home of 8 bedrooms with a full pantry closet and walk in laundry. The open floor plan accommodated our family of 13 splendidly! I loved the big round table to play game. There was a nice long dining table and plenty of seats around the gigantic island! The beach was a few steps from the house and we had a nice boardwalk. The driveway had covered space for 5 cars and that was wonderful! We loved the separate ice maker over at the bar area and sink. The fudge and freezer was large enough for all of our food for our big family. The gas stove and dishwasher did their jobs remarkably! My family has found the beach house that we want to revisit each year! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Beautiful house facing the beach. Easy boardwalk and your on the beach in 3 minutes. The deck was perfect for large families with a spectacular view of sunrise and sunsets. The kitchen could use a few items like basic drying towels ect otherwise not a big problem.

The house and location were spectacular. We had a mixture of adults, teenagers, and two toddlers… a party of 17 in total. Plenty space in this greatly laid out beach house and everyone had their “space”. The kitchen and family room are spacious and nice for entertaining and enjoying family time.
As stated in previous posts, the kitchen lacks a few things such as silverware, cooking utensils, and refrigerator space for an 8 bedroom house.
Overall, a great house and wouldn’t hesitate renting again.

The house was perfect for my family. We had 5 couples and one child. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The private small pool and beach access was awesome. The location of the house was very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to take a family beach trip.

We loved the clean and accommodating space just steps from the beach. I enjoyed being able to view the gulf from the lower and upper decks. Rooms are large and have on on-suite bathroom. Great space for gathering together and getting your own privacy if/when needed.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this stylish beach front house. There was plenty of room to do what ever our hearts desire--to sit in a quote place to read or gather in a spacious area to play cards or dine. Booking process was easy and the check-out was easier. I'd stay here again.

This house is BEAUTIFUL and the views were breathtaking. Plenty of room for everyone. Great open floorplan downstairs. Spacious and cozy upstairs. Couches were soo comfortable. Beds soft as clouds. We will be back!

We had a group of 16 women and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room to gather, and also plenty of space for downtime. The views from the back porch are amazing. Right on the water with the most beautiful sunrise.

House not the top of the line quality but very nice.
Kitchen wasn't very well stocked to have 8 nice size bedrooms each with a bath!! Loved the deck and pool.
Loved having the beach in from of us basically ours.
Management came for any concerns or repairs immediately. Overall a Very Very nice house and, again, we loved the location of this house to the area

Beautiful layout, location, but could definitely have been cleaner. Broken lawn chairs scattered in garage, dirty entry way, weeds growing through walls of garage and trash strewn around property. Very dirty under sofas and chairs. Blind off 1 bedroom window. Trash cans over flowing. Pool was dirty. Property manager contacted on Saturday but it took contacting every day until finally Thursday issues were resolved. Never talked to a live person. When contacting property management.

Excellent property. Well equipped and well maintained. We loved it there and will try to book it again for the week of July 4th in 2025. This is our families sixth week on the gulf coast since 2012 and this is far and away the best house we've stayed in. Thanks so much.

On the beach, small pool and large deck, great for large group (15) and close to shopping, walmart, publix and restaurants. House needs minor repairs? Chuck of floor missing in the kitchen, charcoal grills are beginning to rust, several knobs missing on various pieces of furniture and bedding uncomfortable. Two window blinds missing. Stayed a week. No guidebook for recommendation which would have been nice.

Came into town for my Brother's Navy retirement ceremony held at the National Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola NAS. We had a large family gathering, 12 adults and 2 teenagers. The house accommodated us perfectly!
View and location were fantastic! As mentioned in previous reviews, very close and convenient to local grocery stores/restaurants/etc. Check-in easy process. Plenty of parking. Distance to West Gate of NAS Pensacola less than half and hour.
Best part was that each couple, and each of the 2 kids, had their own bedroom/bathroom. Can't go wrong with an 8 bedroom, 8 1/2 bath home! Kitchen was well equipped to handle our cooking and entertaining needs. We did have a couple of very minor issues that I contacted the management company, (Vacasa), to rectify. They sent a handyman out to address our issues within 2 hours of my call.
The only minor detriments I would mention is that this home is located at the end of a street with no street lights. It's very dark at night and was difficult to find house number and you must be careful backing up/parking. My folks are in their 80's but navigated getting up the stairs OK. There is construction on the street and the place could use a good clean-up outside.
Overall though, we had a very pleasant visit. Inside the house is very clean and neat. Was a great gathering place for our large family, we would stay here again!

BeachVista 2 is a beautiful and spacious house with fantastic beach-front views; easy access to the beach; plenty of large screens to entertain everyone; exceptionally convenient to grocery stores and restaurants; property manager very kind and responsive and always available to answer questions.

The house was perfect for our family of 16! The spacious living area and beautiful deck provided us with ample room and places to visit, play games, do artwork and put together puzzles, and watch movies together at night! Easy and private beach access was also an added plus. The upstairs sitting room was an ideal area for smaller groups to visit. The pantry and laundry room were both large and provided plenty of space. The top of the line kitchen met all of our cooking needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this spacious and beautiful house and highly recommend it to large groups.

Sugar white sands of Orange Beach are hard to beat. Nice to have a home with enough bedrooms to comfortably sleep a large family. Having 5 King bed rooms was a real plus. Thanks to Property Manager Justin for adding things to the home to make the kitchen reasonably equipped for the sleeping capacity of the home. Need to get the owners more engaged with general interior home maintenance and deep cleaning like the cream colored seat cushions that look like they have been rolling around on the street. Important to professionally steam clean and scotch guard protect so that everything feels clean and fresh. It's a lot of money to pay for a week and have heavily stained/soiled chairs.

The home was beautiful, very roomy, right on the ocean and nicely located for activities in the area. The home would definitely get a five as far as a rating. Vacasa needs to take better care of this property. Every single white chair in the house was very badly stained. As was the white couch and the rug in the living room. Upon arrival none of the beds have been made, the floor had not been cleaned and there were a few other items that were not quite ready for checkin. We checked in on Saturday at 4:00 and things were not fixed until Monday afternoon. We would rent again if the house was in better condition.

Perfect for our family getaway. We loved that every room had their own bathroom. Beds were so comfy! Deck was large and private pool was such a plus! It was also great that there is a WalMart and Rouses directly across the street. EVERYONE absolutely loved this house.

Listing says parking for four and I worried for a year we wouldn’t have enough room. There is enough parking for almost 8 vehicles. The house was awesome!!! Had all family of all ages and something to do for everyone!

Bedrooms were large and most had a private bathroom. The house was very clean. The beach access was wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. However did not have any basics, not even salt and pepper.
We were very disappointed that the ice maker didn’t work, so we spent a considerable amount on ice every day.
Having the pool was great, although we had an issue the first night with a grandson’s arm getting sucked into the skimmer because the skimmer basket was missing. We eventually were able to free him with only a bruised hand, but it could have been much worse.

The house was perfect for our big family! Very clean, comfortable and the layout was very conducive for family meals and gatherings. Loved easy access to beach and plunge pool was the cherry on top! Nice decks and balconies as well! Neighbors are close but it was never a problem. Also great location on beach!!
Only negative was non response from VACASA management team, they never responded to a reported problem that was reported twice. Still waiting for a phone call back from 7 days ago, and trip is over. Which is terrible form after what they charge on rental fees.
Not impressed with VACASA, very impressed with home. Would still recommend home hands down!!

The house accommodated our large group of 21. Would recommend having a second refrigerator for beverages, and making sure the ice machine works on the refrigerator, or having separate ice maker. Overall, we had a very nice time and pleased with our house experience.

Great place to spend with family and friends
This was an excellent place to stay. I wish there were more amenities for cooking ie bowls with lids, bbq pit, larger pans for cooking for 24, etc but overall a wonderful place. We are planning on booking there again in a few years!

Beach getaway
This house is an excellent property with front row access to the beach. House is huge, well decorated and love the deck and plunge pool - which is much deeper than anticipated. Close to Walmart and restaurants. The rest of the street is under construction but didn't cause really any hassle. Only big negative was the boardwalk looked damaged by a storm and was pretty crooked at the beach level, that needs addressed. Also could use a second fridge in a house this big. overall great place and nice trip!

Great house and location
The house is very beautiful and spacious we had 21 guests. Great location on the beach and to shopping and grocery stores. The pool is very small and cold! Had issues with pool not filtering so when we got there it was dirty called they sent someone out to take care of it! All in all I would stay there again!

Spring Break 2022
The house is phenomenal. The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The house is quiet as in a blender can be running, kids (young and old) can be playing and in your room you hear nothing. It’s the best of what’s desirable in traveling with others. The house is perfectly situated and literally steps from the ocean.
