House really was nice and you can’t beat the view and location. However, we never did get the two non-working toilets upstairs to work unless manually flushed with the tank lid off even tho it was reported on Monday and Wednesday of our start

This is directly on the beach. Can`t ask for closer to the beach than this. You can easily walk back and forth to get your drinks or food and come back. Excellent pricing for this type of value.

Our group of 10 adults and two kids stayed 5 nights at this location. Awesome view and access directly to the beach. Nice to have bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. AC worked great and lots of space to all hang out. The kitchen was sort of well stocked but lacked some basics like spoons, pot holders, dish towels. Grill is a very simple charcoal style grill - no grill tools and the lid has no handle so a bit tricky to use. Overall nice place, but stop by the store for paper plates, cups, paper towels, and utensils on your way.

Excellent place to stay. A family vacation with 16 people, enough room and having all the bathrooms was beneficial. Beach was absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend. We did have to purchase some kitchen hand towels and dish cloths. Also brought our own extra silverware as there would not have been enough.

Had a problem and vacasa responded quickly, as well as getting someone out on a Sunday ro fix the problem. Very impressed with the management. House was just okay though in a great location!

The property was good, but one of the bedroom mattress needs to be replaced its sinking in the middle.

You can't beat the view. The sweeping windows and well-furnished in the main living area create a showstopper every morning, noon and night of your stay. The house was clean and we couldn't have been better informed by the Vacasa team leading into and through our stay. The only area that could be improved is the kitchen. Appliances are fine - it's the dishes and such. There are very few bowls, no frying pans, few coffee cups and no wine glasses. And while for some that's no big deal - we had a house of 14 so we gathered daily for breakfast and dinner around the (wonderful) table but quite often were sipping soup or eating fruit out of glasses. That's the only "ding." Other than that, it checked all the boxes which is why I still gave it 5 stars. I'd stay again! I would just pack my frying pan and dishware for the drive ;)

Great place. Fantastic rooms and layout. Only one complaint and its really just a comment, the grill is terrible and some hot pads would be appreciated. Otherwise ihigh marks across the board.

Loved the easy access to the beach, clean rooms, and well furnished style. A little lacking on kitchen items but overall a great stay!

House was beautiful beds were comfortable kitchen was very nice there was a quite a few things broken door knobs bathtubs leaked there was Construction right next door every day of our stay that I feel like should have been warned beforehand construction workers were very nice try to keep it quiet but obviously noises have to be made when using heavy equipment feel like there should have been a warning about construction right next door

Had an amazing time with family! Had stayed there 2 years ago and they made several upgrades! Beds were awesome and overall space for 11 of us was great! Love being right on the beach with having littles and on different schedules. Some can stay at the beach while others go in for naps! Ice maker was slow, so would be nice to have more ice available for a hot week! Needs more silverware and kitchen hand towels. Would be amazing to have king beds for the queen rooms too. Also would love to know the brand of the king mattress in the master bedroom??

The house was large and right on the beach

Property was convenient, clean and spacious. Kitchen was I’ll equipped with broken coffee cup, limited cooking pans and mismatched and inadequate utensils. We had to buy frying and baking trays. Toilet paper holder in one bathroom broken off wall. Towel rack in another bath on floor, front shade half broken, exterior stair rail very loose (seems very dangerous). Broken hardware just laying on entertainment center in master bed room. Two tub enclosures in bedroom profusely leaking requiring constant towels. Tried to call Vacasa but answering system would never answer or allow for a message. Would constantly loop back to main menu. Left text early in week . Received answer right before leaving that they would schedule a repairman. Very dissatisfied.

Excellent location, near to downtown, pretty and well-kept inside, open layout, 7 bedrooms, tons of baths. We felt so pampered with the large jetted master bathtub with a huge window overlooking the ocean. Really liked the private deck off the master bedroom. There is a very helpful ice maker appliance that was so helpful. Be sure to pack extras for the kitchen if you plan on cooking, such as spices, food storage containers, plasticwrap, large edged cookie sheet, crock pot, extra dish towels etc. Also bring anything for a beach day, chairs, blanket, towels, etc. We were very pleased with the house.

Had a great week. 11 people, 5 couples and a +1. Great location on the beach and close to center of town. Yes, there are some items that need updating and fixed but none of them hampers a good week. Washers and dryers all worked. Few light bulbs out, some touch ups needed and furniture updated but they did not hinder anyone at all. There is construction next door but that should likely be finished soon enough. More than 11 people may be a little tight, just fyi. Decks and were great. TVs were a bit small, but TV viewing was last on our list at the beach. Was able to park 5 vehicles easily.

This home was so very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our crew of 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants! Everyone was comfortable and pleased with their space! The master bedroom and bath was great! The bed was so comfortable! It was such a great space! The house was well stocked and clean! I would highly recommend this home for any large family's needs! Thank you to Vacasa for an easy rental process and the home owners for providing such a beautiful home for our family to enjoy!!

This house is very beautiful. The architecture, design, and furnishings are all superb. High celings and fine molding. Great windows. Fine heavy furniture and beautiful accessories. I see previous reviews that indicate outdated furnishings but I assume it's been renovated. Everything looks new and luxurious. Views, convenience, bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room are all fabulous.

The location of this property is perfect. The number of en suite bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and big. There is a laundry room upstairs and downstairs. The patios and furniture is nice. The property does need some upgrades. The living room furniture is really worn and feels dirty (has a smell). The carpet has a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Our clothes smelled of smoke when we got back home, we had to rewash everything.

We enjoyed the beautiful home on the amazing Gulf Shores beach. We would recommend purchasing new saute and fry pans, additional glasses and bowls. It would be nice to have some common spices on hand in the house. There were a few things in the house which needed updating or fixing such as a board which fell from the upper balcony onto the lower balcony, some sheets were nubby, some small water spots on the ceilings, etc. Overall, we all really enjoyed staying in this home and loved the location on the beach! It was a great trip!

Our four families stayed here and we absolutely loved this property. The location is great. The view from the house is gorgeous, the large windows allow the most amazing view of the ocean. You are literally steps away from the beach. There were plenty of beds and rooms and space for everyone. We have already talked about staying here again. My only complaint is that the elevator was not accessible. My parents are elderly and not having access to the elevator limited my mother to the first floor only. She couldn’t get up and down the steps so anytime we had to leave was really hard for her.

We had a large group with 2 babies and 2 almost teenagers plus 8 adults. It was perfect house, every room had its own bathroom! Washer/dryer on both floors. Right on the beach. Couldn’t have been better!

Not as well maintained as it could have been. Door handle from deck to living room was not secured and kept falling off, and it was quite heavy. Ice machine didn't work. One set of bedsheets was not sanitary (I won't elaborate). TV cabinet in LR was a piece of junk. Lots of little things kept house from being great. But great location and the beach access was great. Wouldn't rent it again, though. Makes us wonder what all the weekly rent payments are being spent on; certainly not the upkeep of the house.

Just Beachy
This home was perfect for our annual family vacation. 16 of us ages 8 months-65 years old had a blast. The home is exactly as listed and large and beautiful. And the beach is right there. No need to tow things back and fourth. We set up in the morning and went back and fourth with ease. Communication with the property manager was amazing.

Great location!
Location couldn’t be better. Right on the beach with great view from the patio. Plenty of space for our party of 12. Nicely stocked with supplies & beach equipment. The house could use some maintenance. There are broken door handles, railing on patio isn’t sturdy, railing on bunk beds is broken, carpet is stained, sleeper sofa is broken, worn & stained. I would stay there again just for the location though.

Great house
We had a great time it was a great house great location there were some issues with the house and they were some of them were fixed immediately that could be others were not but they were taking to consideration said they would fix them in the future All in all it’s a great experience for a house and we will go back

Nice Place on the Beach
The house is large with a great outdoor deck off the living area that we used every day. The deck furniture is very nice also. Sunrise and sunset views were beautiful.

Property improvement needed
The views of the ocean are great. Very spacious. However, the property needs some serious help it has a mold problem and the furniture needs replacing as well as the appliances. Especially the refrigerator, the shelving inside are missing. Simple maintenance need to address issues, lights bulbs missing inside and on patios. Master patio door knob falls off(my husband was locked out). The beds are terrible and need to be replaced. The thing that really was hard to over look was killing of several roaches. Things issues need to be addressed immediately. I feel sorry for the family that is renting after our stay. This could be a great property once these repairs and issues are addressed. The owners should consider putting a pier to the beach, really hard for elderly people to climb the hill of dunes.

Beautiful views! Spacious!
We enjoyed our stay! Nice layout, great views, spacious, clean, welcoming staff had a welcome bag/card, maintenance was very personable, good WiFi, great location!
Main TV was broke, took couple days to resolve. Furniture needs to be updated the dining room chairs and couches, pillows flat. Ice machine didn’t work, dishwasher leaked. For the money we paid, we expected higher quality.
Overall was a great stay!
