Recentemente aggiornato da nuovi proprietari! Grand Sand è una delle MIGLIORI proprietà sulla spiaggia! Incredibilmente decorato con alti soffitti altissimi, 7 camere da letto (più tana al piano superiore con divano letto) e 6 bagni, proprio sul Golfo con piscina privata! NON un duplex, questa incredibile proprietà è TUTTA VOSTRA! La posizione non potrebbe essere più perfetta. Si trova a meno di 2 miglia da Hwy 59 - negozi, ristoranti, negozi, The Hangout - il cuore delle Costa del Golfo! Eppure abbastanza lontano da condomini e Hwy 59 per la privacy durante il ritiro in spiaggia. Waves, ristorante "Beach House", Boudreaux Seafood, Janino's Pizza e Island Ice Cream a pochi passi da questa favolosa proprietà. Questa casa sarà quella che ti piace anno dopo anno. È difficile lasciare Grand Sand! Questa casa è perfetta per più famiglie che viaggiano insieme. Abbiamo tre camere da letto e tre bagni al primo piano e tre camere da letto più una camera a castello a soppalco e un'altra zona soppalco con divano letto al secondo piano. Ci sono altri tre bagni al secondo piano. Vieni per l'autunno, è un ottimo momento per essere in spiaggia ... tempo incredibile, meno folle e tariffe fantastiche !! Grand Sand Beach House could not have been better for our family of 16! The public spaces were exactly what we needed to celebrate two birthdays and there were great “pod” spaces for sleeping and privacy. The bathrooms were great and well placed! Thank you for an unforgettable celebration vacation!

We just finished a week at Grand Sands and had a great time! We had an infant, nieces, nephews, teens, parents and grandparents and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped, everyone had plenty of space, and the location and beach were excellent. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful before and during the trip. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Sand! The house fit our needs and it was the perfect location on the beach. Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful spot. The back porch swing was the our favorite spot to relax in the evenings and look at the ocean view. We will be back in the future.

We had enough room for 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 21 months to 11 years old. Two refrigerators, great back porch with swing and pool. Steps away from the beach. If we needed anything, the response time was outstanding! Thanks for a great family vacation! June 2024

We really enjoyed the trip! Easy access to the beach. Plenty of refrigerator space for a large group. We did not realize we were booking our stay while the Hangout Music Fest was taking place. Almost felt like we were down there for spring break. Will certainly stay again in the future!

We had a group of 8 celebrating our 60th birthday at this wonderful home. It was perfect for a group. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and 2 refrigerators! The house was clean, plenty of outdoor seating and beach chairs too. We loved having the beach and the pool! We had a bag tournament during a rainstorm (bags game, grills and picnic table under home). Great little restaurant bar and liquor store and convenience store across the street. We rented bikes and many more places to go in riding distance.
Our host was very responsive. We all recommend the Grand Sands for a great vacation.

A group of friends and myself came to gulf shores for spring break and this property was absolutely perfect! The view was amazing (sunsets were so beautiful) and all 22 of us fit comfortably in this home! The owners were so kind and communicative. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to come again!

The house was amazing, large areas to congregate as a group plus small areas to get away from others. The upstairs is split, each having their own staircase. Fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very responsive.
It was the perfect getaway for my 50th birthday with family, could not have asked for a better birthday!

This VRBO experience was beyond any of our expectations. From the initial contact with the owners, the online payment schedule to the stay at Grand Sand. We had 8 adults and 7 Grandchildren who enjoyed this beautiful home on the beach at Gulf Shores. Words cannot begin to express the accommodations and all that Grand Sand offers. The bar has bet set awfully high for our first VRBO experience. Thank you to the owners who made our 50th anniversary one we will never forget.

Location was great and house was spacious and comfortable. Communication and check-in was perfect. In spite of double red flags, we enjoyed the beach and were so happy to have the nice pool. Hope to visit again! Thanks Monica and Ginger, it was such a fun time!

House was absolute mess when arrived. Spent first couple hours cleaning home after buying our own cleaning supplies… toe nails and dried blood on living room floor.. bbq sauce on chairs.. floors absolutely filthy! TV in bedroom didn’t work and controller missing in the other. RUSTY NAILS in the kids sand pit underneath the house! Maintenance was bare minimum, locals meet on beach describe as party house, ac went out local technician had been out multiple times chasing source of leak ( why not replace lines for what your owner is getting for weekly rate!)
Monica said she would look into all of these issues but for what you pay its a shame that it hadn't been handled sooner. From the state of this house these are not new issues..

We had a group of 20 family members ranging from 3 years old to 57 and we all had a great time! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and it never felt crowded. The house has private "wings" so one set of stairs leads to a few bedrooms and another set of stairs leads to more bedrooms, so if felt pretty private for the different families. The pool was perfect for everyone, it was definitely warm but thats to be expected in August! The house being right on the beach was the biggest plus. It can be a little bit of a trek to the water when the tide is out but the sand didnt get too hot and was so soft. The beach in front of the house has a sandbar when the tide is out, which worked out well for us with the little kids. There was a TON of beach toys and floaties under the house which we loved. Communication with the host was easy and quick, she was super responsive and great to work with. We had such a great time, thank you for allowing us to stay!

We take a beach vacation every 2 years as a family. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and Grand Sand surpassed our expectations. The owners were very responsive to our questions/needs. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and plenty of room for 10 adults and 7 kids. The beach was amazing!! Calm water and never crowded/fighting for a spot. The beach toys, hammock, swings, and porch swing were an added touch that the kids enjoyed! So many dolphins swimming by all day, every day and a turtle nest right in front of the house. We can’t wait for our next trip to Grand Sand!!

The house was perfect for our family with a lot of small children. We could easily go back and forth from the beach to the house. Everything was clean including the pool. The grilling area under the house with the sand pit was ideal for little kids while prepping food. Groceries and ice cream shop was right across the street. The beach was not very crowded and we had plenty of space.

My entire Family came to stay for the week and Grand Sands did not disappoint. There was plenty of room and things to do. Everyone from my Grandmother to my teen cousins enjoyed themselves and cannot wait to come back. The house was spacious, clean, well stocked and the view was to die for. Everything about this experience from booking through the stay and check out was wonderful. The photos don’t do justice to this beautiful home and its stellar location. The common space is gigantic and comfortable, adjacent to the kitchen so everyone can be together even during meal prep. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could need and we cooked a LOT of meals for a big group. The bedrooms are spacious and tranquil. There are so many cozy comfy places to relax and be together like the sitting area loft to read and play cards or the porch swing overlooking the pool and ocean just beyond the dune. We watched the dolphins swim by and the pelicans fish. It’s easy to get back and forth from the beach for whatever you need. We look forward to coming back!

The house is absolutely gorgeous, was spotless, and very roomy. We had 16 people staying in the house and there was more then enough space for everyone. Monica is a perfect host and you can tell she has thought of everything when it comes to even the smallest details of the house. The location is close to everything you need. Thank you for allowing our group to stay in your house!! Everyone had an amazing time!

The property was amazing as well as the location. Great for just adults but also great for kids as well. Under the house is perfectly set up for fun and games for both adults and children after dark. Loved it! Especially loved view from the porch swing!

Our family of 11 people stayed at the Grand Sand for Christmas Family Vacation. It was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained property. Perfect location and beautiful beachfront views. We had no problem with Check In and the owner was very kind and accommodating.

We rented this property for a Christmas weekend gathering of 17 family menbers covering 4 generations....its was a terrific , clean, well stocked property and even in the exceptionally cold weather it served us well....plenty of space for gathering inside and/or outside without feeling overly crowded and plenty of sleeping/bathroom facilities.....found everything we needed for cooking and the two refrigerators handled our storage needs well....special thanks and kudos to the detail oriented and responsive owners!

Loved everything about our stay. Great communication with the host from booking to leaving the property. The house was perfect for our whole family. We are a four generation family of 22 that stayed and we loved everything about the house. We loved all the seating on the deck, the gated private pool, the seating and play area under the house, the pantry in the kitchen to store all our food, the extra fridge and the list goes on. The hosts really thought of everything. The store, restaurant and ice cream place right next door made things very convenient so we didn’t have to miss out on beach time also. The week spent in this house was a true vacation!

I don’t want to give this property a glowing review because I’m selfish and want this place when I can get back there, but in due diligence, I’ll comply.
Seamless entry to a grand house that fit 13 people easily. Everyone had enough space of their own.
The location on West Gulf Shores is within walking distance to a market where you can get anything you might have forgotten.
We cooked every night and made use of the dining room table and the outdoor picnic table.
We spent most of our time outdoors. It was great to have the beach so close. We could see those of the family at the beach from the pool area.
The outdoor foot shower and hose were great for washing off the sand.
When the weather wasn’t so great, the area under the house was a great area to play the corn hole game we brought.
We also cooked a low country boil and grilled burgers there as well. Large picnic table, swings and seating are available.
None of us wanted to leave and we booked for next year right away. What a gem this property is!!

Long time friends. Lots of different things to do separately and together as a group. House ideal for 6 couples - other 2 couples slept in lofts. Okay but not much privacy. Otherwise - awesome location and home!!

Our favorite beach house to date:)
We just left from the most perfect family vacation. We have come to Gulf Shores for the past 7 years and I have to say this beach house is now the favorite. The setup of the decks and pool just steps away from the beach made the week so easy with the kids. Being walking distance from the The Waves store was game changing. We could walk and grab anything we needed. The kids loved walking to the ice cream place as well and I highly recommend The Beach House and S&S seafood to eat. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us for the week!

Amazing Family Vacation!
We had 15 of us ranging from 4 to 72. We could not have asked for a better experience. The house was perfect, everything worked and perfect location! Kitchen was well stocked and beach access just steps away! So much fun!
