Das Loft liegt im 11. Stock und ist für 4 Personen platztechnisch gut geeignet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts! Es lagen sogar Kaffeekapseln und Tee samt Zucker bereit. Die Einweisung war professionell und die dazu gebuchte Tiefgarage (25 Dollar pro Tag) liegt gleich ums Eck, Security 24/7 vorhanden.

Die Dachterrasse war nicht zugänglich, eine Katastrophe, da es den Ausschlag zur Buchung gegeben hat. Wurde bereits von anderen Gästen bemängelt (das habe ich leider erst jetzt gesehen! Man muss sich eben mal alle Rezessionen anschauen und nicht nur die auf der ersten Seite) Es gab hierzu keine Information vom Vermieter, obwohl die Dachterrasse das Highlight dieser Unterkunft darstellt, zumindest wirbt man mit entsprechenden Bildern dafür! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, es war einfach laut, man hatte das Gefühl, dass man direkt auf der Straße schläft. Aber der Vermieter hat vorgesorgt und Ohropax im Bad liegen 😉 Es lagen Fäkalien im Treppenhaus! Wir werden die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen

The location was prime downtown Los Angeles. It was centrally located to many restaurants and nightlife and was easy to access parking. The parking lot was safe and monitored so there was very little concern for safety of the car.

The roof was under construction, which was a major factor in why I chose this place. The security deposit also has not been returned to my account after two weeks.

O rooftop é uma farsa. Não parece em nada com a foto do anúncio. Não há possibilidade de ser utilizado. A academia, se existe, está muito bem escondida. Muito, muito barulho para dormir. Piso do apto estava muito sujo e tbm a parte de dentro dos armários muito empoeiradas.a limpeza era só por cima. Ah, a booking omite os comentários negativos, por isso eu os inseri nos comentários positivos. E a booking omite os valores das taxas a pagar, vc só descobre quando chega que vai pagar na verdade quase o dobro do valor que consta na reserva.

A booking engana os clientes. As fotos dos anúncios não são fidedignas.

La terraza estaba en construcción y eso no lo dijeron en el booking. Muy disgustados con ese hecho.

Spacious and perfect for a family. Easy to navigate around town.

Noisy!!! We stayed in room 1101 and from master bedroom we could hear was fans! Aircon or something from the building next door.

Very beautiful and wonderful location. The property had unique touch of rustic and modern design. Such a nice and spacious area for my family and had no issues at all!

Unfortunately the rooftop seems to be under construction? I went to the top and it was dark and messy, may be remodeling. I really wished it was as picture because I wanted to spend time outside.

We have really enjoyed the apartment. It's stylish, cosy, clean and furnished with the thought about traveller's needs. Exceptional attention to the details (soft towels, utensils, bedding), swift check-in, making sure reaching out to the guest well beforehand to accommodate and cater to the guest's needs, marvelous rooftop dinner made our stay memorable. We'll definitely come back to savor LA

good walking distance and room was really nice

parking was kind of difficult and the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable, the rooftop also needed some maintenance

The view was pretty decent.

The a/c didn't work, it was 82 to 83° in the room during the day and about 79 to 80° at night making it a very uncomfortable stay. The hot tub wasn't filled up and didn't work and the host barely spoke any English which made it very difficult to understand her.

The view was wonderful. The room had plenty of space.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work.

The loft itself was comfy and roomy, we loved the views from the rooftop that was a plus.

The parking is not convenient at all but the loft itself was awesome so that made up for the parking.

In the middle of downtown, easy to get anywhere and tons of places in walking distance.

Apartment was perfect! All the things you need- dishes, stacked laundry, full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with full baths and walk-in closets! Location in fashion district, everything you need within walking distance, restaurants, CVS, Bodega, coffee, bars, many great options. Loved the old building, Bankers Lofts, with keyed entry and security during day time. Offered Parking option close by. Noise from the street and city could be a problem at night, but the host has you covered, ear plugs are provided!!

The apartment needs a deep clean. It wasn't bad, but it definitely could use some TLC. The check in process- was a bit sketchy, but it was all legit...so far.

very kind hosts, made check in easy. clean apartment, good space, bright windows. easy to control heat and AC. Nice to have dishes, dishwasher, laundry, fridge and freezer, etc

The internet could have been faster, it made working from home a challenge. The kitchen could have been stocked with baking sheets, potholders, microwave, etc

excellent team, excellent location, easy to get in and out of DTLA by car, very nice place (big rooms, great bathrooms, great view on Fzshion District !), nice beds, huge tv screen….. enormous fridge….. loved pretty much everything ! special thanks to Anna for her help, her availability and her kindness.

the flat was excellent , neat and clean with all the amenities

the location. there were so many homeless around and it felt unsafe to walk outside. Even walking from parking at night was scary.
