隣の劇場に行く目的で滞在しました。出演アーチストをリスペクトして、ホテル外や屋上で出演アーチストの曲をずっと流してくれて感激しました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでよかったです。

外の騒音が夜中でも少し聞こえました。耳栓やヒーリング音楽の用意はありました。

今回藤井風さんのコンサートを見に来たので、ブロードウェイシアターの隣りで、オートマティックチェックインアウトで大変便利でした。内装もおしゃれでした。

シャワーのお湯がなかなか出ず寒かったです。

The view was nice. The bed was comfortable. And the layout was cool. Bathroom fixtures were really cool and liked the tea station. And that was it.

PARKING. Car got broken into.Unsafe area!

The elevator was kinda shaky

It's going to depend on what you are looking for, but I loved my stay here. It's definitely minimalist. The bed was comfortable but low to the ground kind of futon like. I thought that the rooms had great light and I liked the whole overall vibe of the place. The coffee shop in the lobby was cool and even though the counter closes around lunch time I think, I made tea and took my book down there and read for a while anyway. I really liked the rooftop spot. It's too bad that the rooftop bar isn't open anymore, it was most likely a very cool place to hang out, but it was quiet and very chill. It's a modern no contact type of place, but the staff we did see and talk to was very nice.

Honestly - I liked all of it. There wasn't anything not to like for me. If you feel like you need a tall, lush, deep mattress and silence in your room then this may not be your place, but the room was really comfortable overall and I slept great. They even had a noise machine!

Great location for all things DTLA and nearby - room was clean, it was very quiet - liked the old hallway titles

Parking is extra in a nearby lot but you can drive up and drop oiff your luggage if you want

It’s really trendy, modern with edgy decor. perfect for solo traveler or young couples or individuals who enjoy a vibrant nightlife.

It is Downtown LA! So don’t expect a Luxury area! The property is therefore cool!

The staff I spoke to on the phone and via text had no idea what they were talking about. First of all I was told that there was no parking within close proximity to the property which is incorrect. There is two paid parking lots on either side of the property. I also requested a refrigerator in my room which they said they could not accommodate. Surprisingly, there is already refrigerator in the room and I think what I liked least of all was there is no bathroom door. Kinda odd.

The bed and the gym. I have stayed at this hotel before when it was Ace Hotel in 2018 and I absolutely loved it and had nothing but rave reviews. Unfortunately, this time, it was only the bed and coffee that was likeable.

I did not like the virtual desk, there was no han aspect. Ace was purchased by Kasa 1/31/24 and we booked prior to and were informed a week after the fact. We were insured by Kasa that our stay would not be affected and would have the same amenities. That was not the case. Imagine going to a hotel during the pandemic and everything was abandoned, that's what it was like. It seemed like Kasa was not ready to reopen at STILE and should've refunded their customers. You could not get a live person and everything was virtual. We couldn't even get an ice bucket. Soaps were on the ground, not even in their holders, we had the bare minimum. The quality was of a Motel 6 which was unfortunate as this was for my birthday weekend and was expecting the quality of the Ace Hotel which I was promised.

The room was small but was enough for my trip. I liked the decor and the bed. I had a nice view of the city as well. It is downtown LA so, kind of a hard place to get work done at night (if your there to study or work). The downstairs cafe was cute and the staff are friendly.

The parking situation is not clear upon arrival. When you call the automated system Informs you they have a valet service. There is no valet service, when I called the front desk he said they got rid of valet months ago. If you drive there you will have to park in Athena parking garage. It’s not super far, a quick walk around the corner but that information should be clear before arrival. I got a standard room, nothing too special but just what I needed. The shower area was not clean and the shower curtain was held up with no rod or anything, just two punched holes to place it back. Maybe that’s the style but I was not a fan.

Slow service. Non hotel guest using pool and not even purchasing drinks. No towels for over two hours. Two elevators not enough for 12 floors of guests. Room was small and shower was not great.

The decor in the ace is always so understatedly chic, it’s easy on the eyes. The staff is always great. Food is yummy.

My room on the 4th floor was above a club so was unfortunately it was really loud at night.

It does look nice, I liked the style and the way it is decorated. Nice shower products also. Staff was always nice.

The shares areas eg corridors felt unclean (there was a used earplug on the floor by the lifts for 2 days) The bed is really uncomfortable, style over substance!!

Nothing!! Very disappointed! Why? The main reason I booked this hotel was because it offered valet service and breakfast started at 7am as it was convenient for my work schedule.

Because none of those services existed!! Even though it’s promoted on the hotels website and yours, booking.com and confirmed by reservation associate once I checked in they no longer offered those services/ amenities

Super clean, modern and confortable

The beauty inside and outside the room was awesome. Great staff, cool view in rooftop and very clean.
