Beach Club 805 è un condominio elegantemente arredato, 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi che può ospitare 8. Splendida vista libera all'ottavo piano delle acque color smeraldo del Golfo del Messico, spiagge incontaminate di sabbia bianca e piscine all'aperto e al coperto. Recentemente ristrutturato con sezionale in pelle e poltrona reclinabile, TV HD da 60 pollici e cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui una griglia elettrica esterna sull'enorme balcone.
La camera da letto principale comprende letto king-size, cabina doccia in vetro, vasca idromassaggio, TV HD da 55 pollici e balcone con vista sulla spiaggia. La seconda camera dispone di letto matrimoniale, tv e bagno privato. La terza camera ha due gemelli, che si convertono facilmente in un re, anche con un bagno privato.
Il layout aperto della cucina spaziosa e splendidamente decorata, la zona pranzo e la zona giorno creano un ambiancel confortevole e accogliente. The condo was just as described and pictured. Everything you need has been made available. The 4 beach chairs that are included from Lazy Days rentals were perfect. The beds were comfy and the temperature of the condo was always nice and cool.

Enjoyed our stay. 2 issues
1. Drier takes forever to dry and very loud. Kids napping out of the questions. Cant run drier at night too loud. Buzzer is crazt loud.
2. Air conditioning weak and really didnt have any control. I understand day temperature due to doors opening throughout day, but at night it was 2:30 or 3 before you needed to cover up in the bed

This place was nice, comfortable, clean and well maintained! There was plenty of room for our family of 6. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the place was as expected from the posting. Communication with the property owner was excellent! I appreciated the quick responses to our questions and the thorough information provided.

Everything was just as shown on line. I think the balcony was the best part. It’s where we spent most of our time. It had plenty of chairs for everyone and a big table for meals and games etc. Having reserved beach chairs and the umbrella was so convenient. Zero complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Luxury is an accurate description. The condo is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with coastal decor. Kitchen well stocked, we cooked fresh seafood from Joe Patti’s every day, there wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t in the kitchen and/or large wall in pantry. Amazing views from the super large balcony!

We’ve stayed at this Beach Club condo several times and it’s always wonderful. I grew up in Pensacola, so when we come to visit family, we all gather here because it can accommodate everyone and you can’t beat the views and amenities! Beds are comfy, couch and recliner are new, every room has a bathroom and there are extra beach chairs and umbrellas if you need more than the four nice ones that are reserved for this unit. Plenty of seating indoors and on the balcony, plus a fully equipped kitchen and a grill on the balcony. The spa downstairs is also a plus. We’ve stayed at other Beach Club units, but this is our favorite. Last but not least, Jim is a dream to work with.

In addition to a beautiful 8th floor view of the beach, this condo had everything our family needed and more. Very close to restaurants and shops. James is great with communication. We would definitely stay there again.

This week was absolutely beautiful. I don't think I saw more than two clouds in the sky! We were very fortunate to miss the horrible hurricane that hit South and east of us. The condo was beautiful, clean and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely try running again next year!

This was our first stay with James at the Beach Club. The condo was exactly like you see in the photos. We especially enjoyed the large cozy couch for movie nights and on rainy days. I had several questions for James he was very quick to respond. He was also very nice about the throw blanket that made the car ride home with us. My husband thought it was ours. Lol. I washed it and got it in the mail to him. I was also excited to see the cookware was in great shape. No scratched-up frying pans! The beds are super comfortable which is always a plus.
The amenities at Beach Club are the best! I highly recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay was lovely. The owner is friendly and responsive. The condo is as described and more - comfortable furntiture and beds, well appointed, large balcony with a perfect view of pool and beach. Pensacola Beach is one of my favorite places and this condo at Beach Club made our time here even better. A couple of us had services at the onsite Spa, all of which were amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was our first stay at the Beach Club and it exceeded our expectations. There are so many amenities that there is something for everyone and you walk right out onto the beach. The condo was clean and stocked with all the basics which made packing really easy. The owner provided a check list prior to the stay and was quick to reply to messages. I would defiantly recommend this property and hope to book another stay!

Great condo on P'cola Beach
Condo is exactly as advertised and pictured - modern, clean and well-maintained. Location is perfect, and the condo's common areas are top notch. We've stayed at many different places up and down the beach, and this is one of the best. James is a very responsive host, and we'll look to stay here again.

Unit was immaculate, better than pictures, 💯% cotton linen was a wonderful surprise, perfect vantage point for Blue Angels, left you behind a Blue Angels jigsaw 🧩 puzzle and champagne flutes… have inquired with owner about next year… great communication!
