Beautiful space and a great location

Its in the ❤ of the city. Loved it!

Loved everything about this super posh apartment style VRBO. Perfect for 2 people to stay @ this property. Appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and all special decorative accents. Close to everything in the heart of Kelowna. Only down-fault is secure parking was supposed to be included. However, when we arrived the property manager explained there were repairs in the parkade which meant we had to park on the street or in a lot 3 blocks away and pay for our own parking, no discount was offered for this inconvenience. Regardless, we still loved this property. I would suggest, check on the parking situation with the owner prior to booking.

This is a beautifully appointed condo located right in the center of everything. Simply walk out the door and you are steps from the water. The views from the balcony are stunning and great for people watching as well. All sorts of restaurants and shopping are within just a short walking distance. We had such a wonderful stay in this lovely condo.

Was very happy with my stay. The location was perfect. The suite looked over city park and the marina and was close to everything! It was also very quick to get responses from the owner if we ever needed anything. Came with a fully equipped kitchen and had everything we needed and was well maintained. Bed was also amazingly comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

The decor and the amenities in this apartment are absolutely first class. Everything was clean, tidy and very elegantly laid out with soaps, lotions, kitchen condiments, coffee, tea, etc., all available and beautifully replenished. The location is ideal and easy to get around downtown if you don't have a car with you, which I didn't. The only slight drawback is that sometimes there seemed to be altercations between some homeless people in the park opposite the property. This is by no means a deal breaker, but until you realize what is going on, it can be a bit of a shock. I wouldn't however, hesitate to return to this apartment. Communications with the manager Loise, and the owner, Laura, have all been cordial and helpful.

The unit was just as described and as depicted in the pictures. The property manager was very friendly and accommodating and made check in very smooth. This is in a great location and within walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we stayed at this property - and it didn't disappoint! The location is in the heart of the city, across from the water, and within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. The suite is luxurious, comfortable and clean - and communication with the onsite contact and owner is excellent. We hope to return again.

My boyfriend and I were so happy when we set foot in inside this Vrbo. It was very clean, well decorated and stocked with all the things you would need. Not to mention, the location is amazing. Steps away from all the downtown restaurants and in front of the lake. We didn't have a car so this was the ideal location. It was easy to get cabs around here as well. Our check in was quick and easy. We even had some confusion with the wifi which was solved very quickly by Lois. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others!

Lovely condo in a perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay in Laura’s appartement a lot. It’s the best location in Kelowna downtown. And the appartment is furnished in a very smart and charming way. We enjoyed every detail. My friend and I stayed at this property at the end of May for a girls getaway. We really enjoyed the condo, especially the decor! The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. The linens and towels were so soft and high quality. The condo has incredible views of the lake from all windows and a cute outdoor patio. My friend loved the “cat bench” on the window and enjoyed reading her book while watching the water. The location is literally steps away from the waters edge! This property is downtown and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee and the lake. No need to take cabs, you can walk everywhere. You are right across from a huge park with nice green space and huge trees. The downside to the location is it is loud at night with the street traffic and people partying. The condo was very clean and nice - but the building seemed to be undergoing some construction and common spaces could use an upgrade - lobby’s and halls etc. elevator was not operational, so it wasn’t that great hauling our suitcases up and down. We had an issue with the wifi but Laura was quick to resolve it. Our major complaint would be when we first arrived and had to communicate with the host’s property manager, who was incredibly rude and horrible to us. We had made specific arrangements with the host to drop our luggage and had clear instructions on how to do so, but upon arrival the host’s property manager didn’t know that was the plan and didn’t let us in and then actually called me to yell at me. It was so unexpected that it had me in tears and completely shaken up. Not a good start to our vacation at all and put a horrible taste in our mouths for the duration of the trip, certainly not very welcoming! So if you are booking this property I recommend you communicate only with Laura and avoid any communication with Lois, at all costs.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely apartment in downtown Kelowna in May 2022. The apartment is in a great location very close to many restaurants and shops in central Kelowna. The apartment itself is beautiful with a great balcony overlooking the park. The only issue was that the elevator was being replaced and we had to drag our luggage up three flights of stairs. Otherwise, we would certainly recommend this apartment..

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in this lovely well appointed condo. The check in process was seamless. Lois was in touch with us right up until we arrived and guided us into the covered, secure parking. The condo is beautifully decorated with bling and has absolutely everything we needed and more. Most importantly it was spotless. The location is in walking distance to all restaurants and shops and steps from the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo is gorgeous! And spotless!! Balcony has an incredible view. So many restaurants and shops in walking distance. I will definitely be back!

This is a lovely property. Close to all amenities and the lake. We did not need for anything the home is well equipped and lovely decor.

Unit was exactly as advertised. Great location for first-time staying in Kelowna. Opportunity to walk and explore downtown and Knox Mountain Park. Easy drives to wineries in all directions!

This was a perfect urban short-term stay! The condo was exactly as described: spotless, well appointed and comfortable. The location was great and we loved the view of the park and lake from the unit. On-site parking was a bonus as was in-suite laundry. Certainly more comfortable than your average hotel room. Communications were excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending and would stay again.

This property was a great place to stay! It was centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay there again!
