Easy to get to, lovely yard and set back off road, well-equipped place. Washer and dryer was a huge plus!

Every single thing in the kitchen had to be rewashed before use. Every bowl, every knife, every cup. You could tell what was last eaten with it. We also had to wipe down some high-traffic wall areas that were soiled. That was a discouraging start, but once we took care of that, it was OK. Makes me question the high cleaning fee required, especially since we did so much cleaning at the outset!

It was only an hour away from the Grand Canyon which was a huge plus.

The water pressure of the showers could be adjusted, the floors look like they need a good scrub. I swept and mopped before we even unloaded our stuff and they were still dirty. That’s my only two complaints. Everything else was wonderful!
