There was an outlet that didn't work so we weren't able to make coffee but other than that everything was great. The staff were pleasant and nice, the room was clean. We were pleased.

The outlet not working was the only thing we didn't like.

This is an updated older hotel. The facility is modest but clean and in good repair. The location is great - the big budget hotels are across the street. We walked down the Route 66 to the busy, old, city center where there were plenty of pubs and restaurants. There is a large food store across the street where we stocked up for our road trip.

Don't expect giant fluffy towels. The towels were clean and just fine but not fancy.

Everything! For a moderately priced property, it is a great place to stay! 9 stars is the grade I give them!

If was a half mile from old downtown Flagstaff and the bed was clean and comfortable.

While the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom floor was filthy. The tile grout was black and greasy in front of the sink, toilet and where you step into the tub. Along the edge of the floor, the tile grout was beige. It made us wonder just how dirty the carpet throughout the rest of the room must be if they don't bother to clean the bathroom floor.

Location is convenient. Many restaurants nearby.

Very clean room , comfortable bed. The owners let us check in early which was nice as we needed to do some laundry

Space was narrow, carpet old , fridge was not working but got quickly fixed, coffee machine was quite complicated 😅

Flagstaff was beautiful and downtown was cozy. We walked to dinner with the recommendation of your staff and was pleasantly surprised at the location of our room to the restaurants.

Altitude, haha. We did not realize Flagstaff was so high for us and my husband had trouble breathing. That was our fault for not doing research first.

Great place, with a very good price. I stayed on a Monday. Weekends price goes up as most rooms do. I look for clean rooms, that's what I got. Very satisfied. I would stay again.
