Room and location were fine

Reception staff not very friendly. I called to ask a question, and the person showed no interest in trying to help with my answer. Granted it was late at night, but if they are going to advertise to have reception open, then have staff that is trained to answer questions. My question was not unreasonable either, I just asked if they knew of a Grand Canyon tour that departed from Flagstaff. Also, I was unhappy that the room could not make 1800 calls, as we were trying to find info on the tour.

Cooked food would have made it better

Nice motel, very clean with friendly stuff and very comfortable bed

May the price could be lower

Very comfortable bed and nice touch with the bath tub

The bath tub was leaking water to the drain, and the room was quite cold (cold air coming through the door).

Auf den Bildern sah alles etwas ordentlicher und Moderner aus als es eigentlich ist.

I didn't go swimming but I plan to in the future, the breakfast was great, I enjoyed the room. My spouse really enjoyed the extra space, he's handicap so he really enjoyed being able to turn in a wheelchair, the only problem was we had a rough time getting him into the shower (his lower legs been amputated) but we did it an he really enjoyed finally being able to shower, we are making this our go to lodging:)!!!!
