Splendide viste sul Golfo dalla zona giorno, camera da letto matrimoniale e balcone, nonché un arredamento rilassante aggiornato, rendono questo 1.420 piedi quadrati splendidamente arredato, due camere da letto, due bagni, condominio nono piano, il preferito di un affittuario. La cucina ben realizzata presenta ripiani in granito e comprende un forno a microonde e una lavastoviglie con una zona lavanderia separata con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. L'unità ha anche una barra bagnata con ripiani in granito che include un fabbricatore di ghiaccio. This was our third time staying in this particular condo. The communication with the owner is by far the best I’ve experienced from a VRBO host. Second, the location is perfect. You are close to restaurants and groceries, and the condo is right on the beach. Third, the condo is very clean. The pools are also great, my kid loves them! We look forward to spending time here again!

Property was clean and well kept. Ample room for 5 people. Contact with property owner was excellent- always answered my inquires with a few minutes. Staff at Seachase were very friendly and accommodating. Covered parking was a plus.

We enjoyed this condo and its location. The facility has nice amenities, and is well maintained. The condo itself was clean. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, and linens available. The only downsides we found to this unit is the lack of cleaning supplies. Obviously we aren’t going to deep clean everyday we are there, but it’s hard to even keep tidy without any supplies provided at all. I would have really appreciated just some cleaner, windex, toilet cleaner, brushes and extra trash bags to stay up on our mess.
Overall, if you’re coming to Orange Beach, I would recommend this condo.

Great condo right on the beach. Everyone from the owner to property management were excellent to work with. We watched dolphins swimming right off the balcony. Will definitely be back!

We were here for spring break with our family and had an amazing stay. The condo is well maintained and as described. It has a beautiful view and everything you need to make the stay easy. We had one minor issue with the garbage disposal but working with the owner was simple. He was quick and helpful. We look forward to returning next year.

Our family has a tradition to spend the first half of Thanksgiving week at the beach. We love how peaceful it is at that time of year. This condo was just perfect for our annual tradition. The unit itself was beautiful and very clean. The whole property was very well maintained and we enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the hottubs. It was so close to everything. The property manager was very nice, provided us with all important information, and responded quickly. Most importantly the view was spectacular!!!

This condominium is on the ninth floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is beautiful. The sunrise is beautiful. The sunset is beautiful. You can see all of it from the deck, or living room, or master bedroom! The condo is well appointed with everything you will need from kitchen, laundry room, living room, and two bedrooms. Condominium was very clean and furnishings and decorations very nice! If you’re not swimming in the gulf there are several swimming pools to choose from! The owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely😎

Condo is perfect & very well maintained. The view from the balcony is also incredible. Had an issue with the air conditioner during our stay & after letting property manager know it was handled promptly! Everyone I came in contact with that worked for SeaChase was exceptional as well! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this lovely condo on the beach for our 30th anniversary. Before arriving to the beach, communication with the owner was prompt and ever so helpful! We really enjoyed the awesome views from living area to bedroom! The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need from the comforts of your own home. Comfortable beds and clean environment! Would highly recommend!

Beautifully appointed condo in SeaChase. The property is centrally located in Orange Beach with great adjacencies. The SeaChase property is beautiful, well kept, with many amenities. 903E has been recently updated with a fabulous kitchen and living areas. We will definitely book this unit again in the future!

Exactly what we hoped for! Clean, well-stocked, great location. Outstanding oceanfront views. We really enjoyed the balcony and saw dolphins multiple times. The assigned covered parking spot was a real plus! We will be back.

This condo is great! Cleanliness is my priority, and this didn't disappoint. The view from the balcony was awesome as we saw dolphins multiple times. You are right on the beach, it just takes 2 minutes to get there. The condo is well stocked with towels, sheets, and blankets. The covered parking spot that comes with your condo is such a plus. Whitney, the owner, was amazing! Anytime I texted her with questions before our stay, she very promptly got back to me. We had a couple issues that were NOT her fault during our stay, and she helped us immediately - I mean immediately!! We loved Orange Beach, and if we go back - this is definitely where we will stay!

If you are looking for a great place to stay with children, look no further. This condo has an amazing beach front location, with spectacular views from the 9th floor. The pools on the property are well maintained, and you are literally on the beach/oceanfront, with no obstructions to your view. There were 3 grocery stores directly across the street from the condo, as well as several souvenir shops, and a ton of excellent restaurants within two miles. The condo was clean, updated, and has a ton of amenities, including a covered parking place which was so beneficial! The complex itself is no-smoking (with exception to 1 designated area) which was a huge plus for my family. The condo owner, Whitney, was friendly, and very easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend this condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. The facilities were fantastic. You're right on the beach with spectacular views, along with several pools to choose from indoor/outdoor, with splash pads to hot tubs.
The owner/manager was extremely attentive to any questions or requests we had. He was very kind and communicative.
The kitchen provided everything we needed. There are two types of coffee makers and a special ice maker. The master bath is huge and complete with a closet full of wash clothes and towels. Most places leave enough wash clothes and towels for one per person, not here. Also, the washer and dryer worked as expected and we left with clean clothes in our suitcases.
This condo couldn't be more recommended by all of us. We will definitely return! Thank you for EVERYTHING Mr. Whitney!

Condo was beautiful, plenty of space for 4 adults, would certainly return. Only minor inconveniences were that dishwasher did not work well with soap pods, only 1 beach chair in storage closet, and minimal basics supplied (1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen, 1 trash bag in kitchen).

Everything about this condo was great. Perfect view of the beach. Loved having the wet bar with ice maker. Beds were very comfortable and loved having two king beds. When we go back we would love to stay here again.

We’ve been visiting OB for the past 5 years, this was our favorite condo unit and complex overall. The condo was cozy and equipped with everything we needed for a family of four. The balcony furniture was great for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and great for enjoying the sunset in the evening. It was the perfect height to see over the railing and quite comfortable! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of dish-ware as well as towels for the week, truly turn key. The owner was extremely responsive and made the check in/checkout process simple.
As for the condo complex, covered parking was easy, there were no waits for elevators, and the beach was a short walk with very little crowds. We loved the security of the gates too. The three outdoor pools and 3 outdoor hot tubs were an added bonus along with the fitness center. We will be back to this unit for our next visit to OB!!

This property was perfect for our spring break vacation! It was in a perfect location and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. The condo itself was clean, the pool and hot tub were never very crowded, and it was very easy to access the beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks for sharing you lovely rental with us, Whitney!
