I booked two double bedrooms for two couples by phone on Oyo.com. The people from oyo.com asked me for every detail about the guest like the number of guests and age, relationship, etc. There is no doubt that I booked two rooms for two couples. But when I reach the property the receptionist said two rooms were booked for two persons, not for four persons. I checked the confirmation details received in WhatsApp from Oyo and came to know he is right. Oyo has done a mistake deliberately. The receptionist claimed 50% extra to accommodate all four persons. The receptionist could have helped us by allowing four guests to stay without taking extra money as the rate for a double bedroom is the same for one/two people.
