The property is very cosy, I felt like home away from home. The breakfast was great. She has got everything I would normally have at home. I never felt like I was away, that was nice😊

I loved everything about my stay. The wifi was not connecting though but that was ok because I didn't need it anyways so I never asked her to do something about it. I'm sure if I had asked it would have been sorted 😊.

It was ideal that you could make what you wanted and had the run of the house. It was in a very quiet area and the host was very helpful . We would definitely recommend it to family and friends. We would definitely stay again.

Location & good value

Siobhan makes you feel like you are visiting family! She is so warm and kind and I honestly just love staying here. This is my 2nd stay at this property and Siobhan goes out of her way to give you a tour of the property and answers all of your questions and I felt so comfortable and welcome in her home! The mattress on my bed was brand new and so soft - I slept like a queen. I found the the shower was amazing but sadly did not take advantage of the fancy bath spa and my room was warm and inviting. Siobhan leaves you so many options for breakfast and for your tea and coffee preferences and you have a stunning dinning room or patio area to eat in. You cannot stay anywhere else!!!

There is not a single thing wrong with this accommodation. I cannot fault a single thing.

Siobhan was the most warming host from the second I arrived. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. A home from home, I felt as though I was visiting a dear friend who knew that I was in need of some tlc. Thank you so much x

It was a great pleasure to meet Siobhan and stay in her house. I was travelling to Swindon late after work and couldn't have made the check in sooner than at 11pm. Siobhan was very kind and let me check in at night, everything was very smooth and convenient. The area is very safe, family house, there was no problem with parking in the front of the house. I came for my professional training to Swindon and had a great rest before the busy day, felt like at home. Clean spacious rooms, cosy bathroom with hot shower, open space between dining room and conservatory, so full of light in summer. Siobhan is a very easy going and warm person; we had a lovely chat in the morning before I left. I would highly recommend! I will be paying regular visits, for sure. It is a great spot for trips to Cotswolds, only 10 minutes by car from the house and much cheaper than staying in Cotswolds. Thank you Siobhan for your hospitality :) :)

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Highly recommended, excellent value for money.

Although we arrived earlier than expected we were made very welcome. Tea and mince pies and advice about where to find an evening meal. There was a microwave if required and a huge range of breakfast cereal choices including fruit, yoghurt, porridge, toast, coffee, tea, orange juice and soft, canned drinks. Siobhan even offered us some mince pies for the journey home as it was cold and snowy! A kind and thoughtful host.

If the other room had been occupied then the need to share the bathroom. Wouldn't really have been a problem though.

Very nice area, great communication with siobhan's . Very clean house and enjoyed the spa bath. My room was lovely and warm ,the nearest pub is a quality one and only ten minutes away (walking). I will try to book this house next time I'm in the area.
