Most looked new inside the unit. Management worked with us to submit documents via text and SMS after their software kept crashing on multiple occasions when it came time to submit identification documents.

The couches smelled of dog and needed to be shampooed on the top and sides. We covered them with sheets instead. The toilet was clogged on arrival and had to be cleaned. It had excrement and toilet paper in it. It took us a while to clear the clog before we could use it. There was no toilet paper There were measuring cups missing The oven, stove top under burners, and lower dish storage on oven were very dirty on check in. Cabinets were dirty on check in Drywall damage under kitchen sink Floor needed to be mopped on check in The bedding and pillow cases on the bed had to be washed. The pillows had to be replaced due to brown stains and human hair. We took care of that. There was a lot of soap residue including dried bubbles and human hair on the walls of the shower. There were pools of dried urine around the trash can under kitchen counter from a prior tenant's dogs. No on site mail boxes. USPS must deliver to the door. The grounds were not well maintained on arrival. There was trash on the ground in many places and broken glass in the parking lot which remained for duration of the stay. The lawn was overgrown and there were a lot of weeds along where parking spaces were located. Four washers and two dryers in the on site laundry were out of service. The washers were filled with contaminated water and several looked like they had been that way a long time. Months at the very least. There was stuff floating inside the dirty water and water was discolored. The vending machine in the laundry room remained empty for the duration of the stay. The ac in the laundry room was broken and filthy. The laundry room was in need of cleaning and repairs. The lights throughout the court yard were out at night. Many bulbs needed to be replaced. Management did not repair the wash room appliances prior to us completing our stay. The exterior grill on our ac was damaged. It looked like someone had tried to pry it off. There was a bad smell in the unit when we arrived.

it is run down the air conditioner had to run most of the time we had to move the bed to front room because that’s were the air conditioner is the toilet I had to put water in to flush (the flapper in tank wasn’t sealing good) the floors were dirty when I informed them of the toilet problem I got no response the bed was a spring frame with a soiled mattresses on it and was very uncomfortable to sleep in

Response from owner would have been nice. So would some air freshner. REEKED of urine sooo bad. Very unsafe neighborhood. Make sure to get apt #. I woke up with my throat swollen and sore, either from mold or intense urine smell. Owner hasn't replied back to my many emails two weeks later. Found out it's a very unsafe area, a tenant told me the owner himself told him horror stories of things going on in that apartment. No uber or taxi was "available" to pick me up. When my uber driver dropped me off there he told me to be careful.

Location to Ft sill was good but neighborhood of apt wasn't very nice.

Kitchen table seats were very stained and dirty, bedroom carpet was torn and not very clean. Couch cushions had lots of trash under them.

Good facilities for what you pay. Location is nice. Owners are helpful.

WiFi is unusable.

The towel bar and toilet paper holder were both broken, there was only one bed and the couch was not a pullout as I was told. Chairs were stained, kitchen was disgusting. TV and Wi-Fi was terrible.
