Happy people, neat, clean.

Breakfast was not as good as I have had other places. Cheese omelette was questionable. Waffle was packaged! No fresh fruit.

great experience

great location for fort sill graduation. breakfast was hot and lots of variety. very nice studio double bed room with pull out couch. slept 2 adults and 4 kids comfortably

Close enough to Fort Sill and a few good local restaurants.

The price quoted by booking.com was not charged. My final bill included an additional night which was removed once I noticed it, however, the final charge still did not reflect my quote from booking. I have tried to email and contact this location through the app which has not been remedied. This was disappointing!

our stay at FFI was just what we were used to. this hotel is normally where we stay on travel

location, cleanliness and staff

our room’s AC unit had to be fixed twice. we were in room 211. we didn’t like that we were hot and uncomfortable for 2 nights

breakfast complimentary, friendly staff at check in

refrigerator wasn't opened to clean, previous visitors items in refrigerator. Coffee pot wasn't cleaned, used coffee grinds in coffee pot.

Breakfast was the only thing that didn’t quite match up to all the other excellent areas. Had run out of some of the main foods (no bacon and all but very small amount of eggs) even though was not even 8:30 am. Did not see any one around breakfast area NOTE: THIS COMMENT IS MEANT FOR “didn’t like” AREA

Wasn't real pleased so won't stay there again.

The location was good for what we were doing

There was only 1 washcloth in the room for 2 people and not enough cups. Not much to watch on TV unless you wanted to pay for it.

Noisy and charged more than the price when I booked it by $32.00 won't stay at another Marriott.

For the breakfast the waffles were the only good thing to eat .

I didn’t like how every night I was charged a different rate from what i originally booked and i still would like to know how was that possible because the manger could not even give me a clear answer .

It was alright.

The beds were nice, and the atmosphere.

You need to update your sites. I chose a room with a jacuzzi tub in the room, and paid 170.00. when I got up to the room there wasn't any of that. Disappointed. No one said nothing.
