Great place all around. Owners were extremely responsive although we did not need anything. The townhouse was clean and extremely comfortable. Amenities were amazing, especially for the the beach. Everything needed was there! Location was perfect beautiful beach, close to restaurants.

This property is fantastic. We go to Pensacola often and this was by far our favorite. The place was so beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. All the items were high end. We brought so much stuff that we did not need because the place had it all. All the beds were comfortable as well! We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at The Perch. It is by-far our favorite place in Pensacola Beach and at White Sands. The host was very attentive and responsive when we needed anything. The place is fabulous and the location is prime.

We were very satisfied with the accommodations. The only downside was we were under the impression that all bedrooms had balconies facing the gulf. Not the case. Only one bedroom had that access. But not a dealbreaker. It was still a very pleasant place to stay and in a very nice neighborhood. Had some issues with the in house elevator but figured out how it all worked in short order.

This was the most amazing beachfront propery I have ever stayed at! It is beautifully decorated in every single room and is extremely clean and well maintained. The views are absolutely spectacular and access to the beach is just a few steps away. Plenty of restaurants are very close by. We will be back!

We came in for a few days for a funeral. The Perch allowed us a place to rest our heads and our souls. The condo was everything we needed it to be. It was clean, well kept. While we were unable to use all the amenities it was nice to know they were there. I would love to come there again with the family.

This property was wonderful for my family! The elevator as well as the short distance to the beach was great for my elderly aunt and mother. Great toys and beach chairs and umbrellas made days at the beach very convenient and fun! Bikes were even included! Beds were comfortable and decor is beautiful, light and modern. All electronics and appliances are very up to date and new. A great view of the beach, as well. Highly recommend!

This was such a perfect stay for my family during a family vacation. They really went above and beyond with all the things you could think of needing for the perfect beach vacation, including beach toys, chairs, umbrella, beach cups, cooler, literally anything you need which made our beach days that much better. The house was spectacular as well with a stunning view of the white beaches and water. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit Pensacola again. Thank you!!

Sometimes things don’t appear as they seem, but this one is definitely as good as the listing if not better. Many extras are included such as beach towels, kayak, paddle board, beach chairs, lots of toys for the beach, etc. Very nice place to stay.

This is our second time staying at the Perch and it won't be our last. Our first stay was two years ago and The Perch has only gotten better! The addition of the bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas/tables and cart to transport everything with ease, makes this the best place to stay on the beach. They've recently upgraded the outdoor grill, the pots and pans and added luxury toiletries. The addition of the robes in each room is a total bonus.
The location of the condo on the beach (away from the main area but close enough to the action) is perfection. When you aren't on the beach enjoying the sugar white sand and crystal blue waters, you can enjoy the outdoors from the deck or any of the multiple balconies. Beds are comfy, furniture is in great shape and the condo is updated and modern.
Don't hesitate to book The Perch!

This was our 2nd year in a row to stay at The Perch and we plan an returning again next year. It was perfect for our group of 3 couples. It is beautifully decorated, and the beach gear provided is awesome! Beds are comfy, it’s spotless, kitchen is well appointed, and the beach access is awesome. The only issue we had was the coffee pot is hard to use and the Keurig doesn’t work well at all. It needs to be replaced as it leaked all over the place 2 times in a row so we just put it away. Other than that it was a perfect vacation for us and we are in love with it and can’t wait to return!

We were all so happy with the condo! We had reserved another one several months before. We always stay at the White Sands and need a 4-bedroom with an elevator. My dad is 95 and going up and down too many stairs is hard. My sister-in-law has knee problems and also needs an elevator. About 5 weeks before our scheduled time (Labor Day Weekend) the other one canceled us without any kind of explanation! I was frantic. (Won't be going to that one ever again.) Luckily we found this one. It was a little more expensive but soooo worth it!! The place is wonderful! The elevator only goes to the first level but that was ok. Most of us used the stairs anyway. It looks like it was recently remodeled. Everything was clean; the beds were comfortable; the kitchen was fully equipped. They also provide nice beach chairs, umbrellas and tables, and a cart to take them to the beach. We didn't use most of it because we always take our own and didn't know they were available - but the cart came in handy. They also have bikes. There is a refrigerator in the garage, which comes in handy to keep drinks that you take to the beach. The only minor thing was that the ice-maker in the main refrigerator was not working so we bought bagged ice for drinks at the Tom Thumb down the road. All in all, it is a wonderful place.
I think we have stayed at one time or another in every White Sands condo that is rentable. We even stayed before they were rebuilt to the new hurricane standards. This is by far our favorite. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding Stay
This was our first Pensacola Beach vacation. We were not disappointed. The rental exceeded our expectations.
Cleanliness: Upon entering the condo you can immediately tell they did a through cleaning. The property looked and smelled clean.
Amenities: Loved the Beekman lotion & soaps they supplied so much, I orders some for my home. The bath towels were plush & good quality.
Kitchen: The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need.
Bedrooms: The beds were a dream to sleep in along with the bedding. They even supplied bathrobes.
Furniture: The tan sofa & chairs were clean. There were no stains or discoloration. Again great quality.
Beach: Perfect location. We could literally step outside & walk straight on the beach. They supplied every beach toy you could think of. They have sand toys for the kids, golf, corn haul & bikes. Just to name a few. The cart to carry all the necessities to the beach was an added bonus.
Overall this is an excellent rental. They thought of everything. The only item I wish they would have added were beach towels. I am definitely booking this rental again! This rental made our vacation super fun.

This property was extremely beautiful, spacious and decorated like a professional did it!. With the beach right out the back door and the top notch beach amenities that include a boardwalk our family felt like we had our own beach! We highly recommend this this rental , and will definitely look to use it again.

Bright, clean, and relaxing!
We stayed here last summer with our family, and will 100% go back. The property was well appointed with everything you need, including all things fun for the beach and water. We rented chairs and umbrellas from a local company but honestly didn’t need to. The owners were highly responsive and the property was clean. Highly recommend.

Best VRBO Experience Ever!
Absolutely beautiful condo, perfect location, meticulously appointed with everything you could ever need (even an oyster knife!), plus lots of nice "extras" (bikes, games, high quality beach chairs and umbrellas). We'll definitely return soon! The ONLY three things we would suggest: 1) a better Keurig maker (this one is painfully slow and doesn't have a water reservoir so it takes about 5 mins per cup) 2) The Nest system limits how cool you can make the home to 68 degrees...which is plenty cool for most folks, but when a menopausal wife is a guest, it can be an issue (as I found out!). 3) Beach towels
Again, a wonderful stay at The Perch...we look forward to our next visit sooner than later!

We had a wonderful week at this property. The unit is even more beautiful than the photos. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions. The information packet that was provided before check in was the best I have ever seen. Very thoughtful and informative. The house was very well equipped. I love to cook and we made all our meals at home. The kitchen had everything needed for prep and cooking. The entire house was well equipped with attention to detail. The beach was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The location is amazing, secluded yet very close to all amenities. If we return to Pensacola Beach we would definitely book this house again. Thanks to Max and Jenny for a great stay!

Family Getaway
The Perch was everything that was advertised. The townhome was clean, spacious, had spectacular views and the beds were comfortable. The view from the back deck was amazing! If it had been a crowded week, I suppose you would be right on top of neighbor back porch sitting but we got lucky and very few people were there at the time. Although we wouldn’t have minded that. The owner was very responsive and helpful from the booking to our departure day. They had an app that we downloaded for the week just for their unit with very informative information about the place and all of the surroundings, from grocery stores to restaurants, etc. Our family had a great five days at The Perch and we would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful place!
We have stayed at several White Sands units, and the location never disappoints! This was, however, our first stay at The Perch, and we absolutely loved it! They put such thought into making our beach stay an effortless one...from the K-cups, to the cornhole game, to the beach chairs, our entire party was accommodated! The unit was very clean and beautifully appointed. We will choose this unit in the future for sure!
