Had it not been for Hurricane Debby, I am sure that my trip would have been MUCH more enjoyable. The house itself was great. Due to the storm and the amount of rain, there was a problem, but as soon as I notified Evolve, the problem was taken care of within an hour. Their customer service is fast and super polite. Everything in the house was as described. It was a great little retreat.

There were 4 of us Ladies (in our 40s and 50s) that stayed for 3 nights. We really enjoyed this property. Very spacious, plenty of room in the kitchen for all of us to move around. Had all the appliances that we needed (loved the coffee maker/Keurig combo). All 4 beds were comfortable. The screened in porch is where we spent most of the time. It was nice to see through the island to see boaters and paddleboarders going through the main part of the river. The lower platform dock was great for getting in and out of the water & kayaks. Walking distance to Swampy's Bar & Grill was a plus. I would love to rent this house again.

It was great to be able to get right on the water from the dock. We paddled and swam and hung out on the porch. Great time! Only issue was that the guests before us put dirty diapers in the outside trash can but did not bring it out to the curb, so there were maggots on it. The house itself was clean - no other complaints!

This property is very well kept, clean and comfortable. It offers a quieter spot on the Rainbow, away from river congestion that occurs on the weekends. Will hopefully return for another stay!

Spacious, bright and very comfortable house on large property right on the the river. Home is older, but clean and well maintained. Appreciated guest instructions book mentioning that the water in the shower next to the master bedroom had to be opened for a few minutes before it warmed up. However, we let the water run for several minutes and it never warmed up. Thankfully, there was no issue with the second bathroom and everyone was able to shower with warm water.
Also, it was great having kayaks provided for guests to use and launch right from the private deck without having to always drive somewhere to rent them. We were able to enjoy the river at sunset after returning from our daily adventures visiting Rainbow Springs State park and the Blue Run Park, both a few minutes drive.
The home is located in a very quiet and nice residential neighborhood with older large spacious properties surrounded by large wooded areas with lots of old growth trees and flora, making it feel like you are away from town, but yet, restaurants were just a couple of minutes away, making it very convenient.
The Rainbow River is one of the most gorgeous rivers we've been to in Florida, with clear emerald and turquoise waters and several natural springs. We will be making this an annual summer getaway from now on.

3 night stay to explore the area with long time friends. I've always loved this part of Florida and the springs. Took my first trip to Silver Springs in the 1950's with my parents,I'm 76. Beginning of a love for the springs and the Florida of old.
Property was great as were the kayaks and paddle boards. were able to explore area close to property and rented kayaks at K P hole to explore closer to spring head and Indian Creek. Exceeded our expectations

Beautiful area on the river. Well cared for house and good access from tubes , kyaks etc with a step from the river to shore.We enjoyed using paddleboards, kyaks, tubes, although they could use a bitmore attentionand maintenance.

The location is wonderful, neighbors are friendly, and the extras such as kayaks, yard games etc. were nice to have as a bonus. The back yard is lovely and offers immediate waterfront views and access. The home offers a nice layout.
There is some deferred maintenance that should be attended to such as pressure washing the exterior and patio. My allergies had a field day. Kitchen cabinets were visibly worn, and beds were pretty firm.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house, everything was lovely, well furnished, very comfortable and just the most beautiful, peaceful home on the river, but not right on the busy part so we did not have boats going directly in front of the house, just paddlers as is relatively shallow.

Loved the location! Only downfall is the Wi-Fi does not work - but we were on the river so didn’t bother to turn on any of the tvs. The house was very clean & we absolutely loved the neighbor & the cat Whiskers next door!

This is our second time staying here and we love it. It’s the perfect location in our opinion (we bring our own boat so we can travel up river) and it’s the perfect getaway for us. Bedding and linens are nice and they also provide beach towels. Home is always very clean upon arrival and it’s perfect for a nice family get together. Lots of space to hang out, cook and if the weather is not great we love that there is a screened in lanai.

VERY convenient location. Being directly on the water was a plus especially for the kids. It gave them freedom to explore, fish, and swim. They even played backyard football. My heart was so happy to see them playing and enjoying the outdoors. The Rainbow is one of the best rivers in the area. We loved using the kayaks, SUPS and tubes the home provided. The house was extremely clean and beds were comfy - and I’m super picky. A+++ Highly recommended! Thank you.

Gorgeous view!
Absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the river is spectacular, and the floats, kayaks and paddle boards were so fun to use during our stay! The outside kitties are super friendly as are the neighbors! Definitely would stay here again, thanks for an amazing few days!

A few maintenance issues, but property manager addressed them appropriately. We always enjoy the Rainbow River & it's nice to stay right on the river.

Slice of Paradise
We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was well maintained and very clean. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the kayaks and spent every day on them checking out the River! This home is in a great location just down river from Swampys! Being down a little side channel of the river makes it easier to get in and out of the river with less current. Our only recommendation to the homeowners would be to clear out more of the grass in the water around the dock and sea wall so you can swim in that area but we paddled up river to a shallow clear area and swam there so not a big deal :) We really loved this house and all it had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Slice of Paradise
We absolutely loved our stay here. The house had everything we needed from coffee maker, bbq grill, soap, toilet paper, and sponges to kayaks, floats, life jackets, and corn hole boards. It’s a great location on the river just down from Swampys! Our only wish was that the hydrilla grass be cleared out around the dock so we could
Swim off it but regardless we will be returning!

Lovely space
The house was lovely. The water was gorgeous. The location, right on the river, made getting picked up by the pontoon easy and fun. The kayaks available with the property made it so that we could all head out on the water. There was a bit of hydrilla so not as much sandy bottom as I'd hoped but that is an invasive species you can pull out and once gone there is white sand bottom to enjoy. We saw an otter pass by! So cool! The house is well furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. The manager was easy to communicate with and super helpful. We had a great stay and made family memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks!

My mom and I stayed for a Mother’s Day trip. Everything was perfect! The house was well equipped and very peaceful. We used the kayaks and paddle boards. Great time! Would return!

Place though not updated, was so very neat and clean and well appointed. Dock was great for river access. Loved the screened in porch and so glad to have the grill! Thanks for good towels and sheets! Next would be cotton bed coverings. Would definitely come back and invite another couple.

House has everything you want and need. Location is excellent. If you r rafting from KP hole you end up here 3 or 4 hours later seeing all the nature your eyes can stand.!
