The location! The property was beautiful.

The location was excellent. Very spacious unit with a great view. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils . We would come here again with no hesitations.

The only thing that could have been better is the ceiling fan in the main bedroom really needs to be replaced. The blades are slumping from the heat and humidity. It sounds petty I know, but it wasn't that cool in the bedroom and the fan would help. I'm an electrician, so I notice that stuff. Maybe a fan with plastic blades would work fine. The dishwasher stopped working as we couldn't get the door to shut. Then it started shutting, kinda weird. But overall, this was a great place .

This condo was perfect for our group of 12. It was very spacious. We really appreciated the 2 sofa sleepers. Being on the 14th floor made for a beautiful view of the ocean. The amenities at the complex were awesome. We took advantage of them all. The outdoor pool was great and grilling dinner and sitting outside by the fireplace in the evening was perfect. The location was great with plenty of stores, restaurants, and water activities nearby as well as easy access to the beach. We had an awesome time and would give this property two thumbs up!

The entrance to Escapes to the shores is extremely hard to see in the dark. There are not any neon lights on that part of the street to light the pavement. There needs to be lights down low. Our Ubers and guests all commented and we struggled every time we came back to the condo. You can’t tell if you are really turning into the entrance until you are just about in it.

The layout of the condo, cleanliness, family vibe, right on the beach, the pool access and beach walk was great layout, felt like home for a week!!

I liked the location of the property. I loved the condo. It was very nice, beautiful, and comfy. It was super convenient and right on the water. It was everything I hoped it would be ;)

Getting a parking pass was a nightmare! Every day for 3 days I had to go to the property desk and explain my situation in attempts to get a parking pass. I never received my $50 credit that booking.com overcharged me for. Vasaca gave me the run around then someone told me to reach out booking.com which didn’t help cuz in the end I ended paying out of pocket for parking pass even though I was scheduled to check out the following morning. The desk staff made us aware that this has been an ongoing issue with Vasaca for over a year. Apparently they are not a good company to do business with. I did not like that the toilet in the main bathroom backed up and overflowed. My guest and I had to use the guest bathroom because of this issue for one night. The staff on the property helped unclogged the toilet because no one at Vasaca arrived or could help us. Ridiculous! I did not like that there were not enough cookware. There were several skillets, but only one pot. I had to rotate everything out of that one pot. Lastly, I found it disappointing that one of the knobs on the jet tub in the guest bathroom was loose and did not work. My friends wanted to take a bath on the jet tub but they could not because only the hot water worked. What a shame! Also, we needed more bathroom towels. We did not find them until the end of the stay. They were underneath the sink in the main bathroom cabinet when they should have been on the shelf in the cabinets. My guest was disappointed. I reached out to visit for help but no one arrived or told us where they were. I spent half of my stay on the phone chatting with Vasaca to resolve these issues. Most were not resolved.

Loved the roominess of the condo. It was decorated nicely.

There were some items needed that were not available. We could have used more towels. We needed pot holders, scissors, and plastic containers to take snacks to the beach.
