The host instructions were very clear. The door codes all work as indicted. It just takes a couple of times to get used to it.
hosts should provide shampoo for hair. I bring my own but in all lodging I use in other countries, the hosts usually provide shampoo as minimum.

Son emplacement idéal quand ont ne connaît pas Paris, et ne veux pas trop utiliser les transport tout ce situe autour c’est vraiment super .

Didn't use the kitchen facilities except the fridge nor TV so can't give feedback there.

Only location nothing else!!
What it shows in booking has nothing to do with the reality!!! So dirty place!! The room had rubbish both in kichen and bathroom from the previous tenant. Roof in the bathroom was full of musdiness !! Soap in the bathroom had stuck hair from previous tenant. Kitchenwave were disgusting, too also an durty !! Even the sofa bed was not open! I needed to open it and really I doubt that the bed sheets were clean!! Most probably it was used from previous tenants! Floor was also also dirty …. I have pictures for all the above which I will attached!! I paid 150eur for this dirty place!!! The owner should not only thinking how to get money but also to renovate and keep apartment in good condition for people!!!

Great location surrounded by great places to eat breakfast and dinner. Really comfortable apartment albeit I would recommend for a single traveller more than a couple as it’s comfortably compact.
nothings at all … wonderful stay. Perhaps provide a kettle to allow instant tea making facilities etc.

Pefect contact to the owner: quick, helpful and friendly conversation!
Perfect location: close to Metro and Champs Elysées. Restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby. A noisy surrounding belongs to a central location...
Perfect accommodation: the house is clean and well protected. And: there's a lift.
Perfect room: enough space for a single person or a couple, that is very much in love. The kitchen is well prepared for doing some "holiday-cooking".

Best location ever, very close to Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Metro station just around the corner (Saint-Philippe-du-Roule). Also, loads of electric scooters are around. Cafes, restaurants, fast food, and a Monoprix convenience shop all around. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to cook, and the bathroom has everything you need. Easy communication with the landlord through text messages. I will definitely come back.
The sofa bed it's not that comfortable, however, it does the job if it's just a couple of days. The place is a bit small, but if you are walking around the whole day and only come to rest at the end of the day, you won't notice.

Only the Location
This apartment is tiny, you can’t even walk around . HAS A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA BED , not for 2 people . doesn’t have a normal bed . No air conditioning, we were in the hottest days in Paris , requested a fan and owner said NO . At first stove didn’t work . The washer machine was left full of Wet cloths , we couldn’t use it .
We could have stayed in a better place for sure .

The person managing the apartment is quite good at keeping in touch. Very friendly and helpful.
The sofa bed, when opened, has a 'V' shape. Not comfortable.

Very beautiful and comfortable apartment. It had everything I needed. I would recommend this place to everyone.
